The food was very good, matched only by the wonderful service. It goes without saying that the view is breathtaking. A MUST for locals and visitors alike. The vessel was very clean and looks like it was just remodeled. Very chic. You won't be disappointed. How can you go wrong with world class food, live music, 5 star service with the backdrop of ever changing iconic views that will forever be in your memory.

Romantic Valentine’s Day Dinner Cruise
For Valentine’s Day this year, we decided to indulge in something truly special – a romantic dinner cruise along the San Francisco skyline. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of magical.
As we stepped aboard the elegant ship, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the staff and a glass of champagne. The ambiance was immediately enchanting, with soft lighting and the soothing music from a live DJ.
The dinner itself was a culinary journey that delighted the senses. Each course was expertly crafted, featuring a blend of flavors and textures that left us craving more. From succulent seafood appetizers to tender steak entrees and decadent desserts, every bite was a delight.
But perhaps the highlight of the night was the scenery. As we cruised along the glistening waters, we were treated to breathtaking views of the city skyline bathed in the soft glow of twilight. The iconic landmarks of Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge seemed to sparkle just for us, creating an unforgettable experience.

It used to be call hornblower. After the pandemic period, this company is slowly growing back up again. They have reactivating many good programs from their company. It is best to check out their website to see most enjoyable programs they have during the summer and fall seasons.

I was very fortunate to participate few of their programs such as High school graduation party, Sunday brunch cruise, Alive after five, And some Hispanic Weekend Dancing party events.

We would love to share our experience on the cruise we are actually still on now.. We were so taken back on how wonderful the whole experience was and wanted you all to know how amazing your food was. My husband and I own a café and catering business in Portland Oregon until 2020 and we have been on a cruiser two and the food always subpar so we definitely wanted to let you know. Food was amazing. We had a fabulous dinner cruise with city experiences. From beginning of planning, pricing and food and beverages, Nick worked side-by-side with us for small group event (110 seats). He helped to create a unique package that’s suitable for our team. On cruise, Reggie, the event coordinator and cruise staff members were friendly, food, cocktails, mocktails, deserts are super yummy & tasty. As the weather was beautiful on that evening, all of us went home with a WOW! Great experience! Highly recommended

Hornblower Cruises are the best way to witness the SF skyline from the bay.

The boat ride is around 2 hours with some amazing views of the SF Skyline, the Pier, Port of San Francisco, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Special thanks to the whole crew for such an amazing experience.

Got a chance to attend a company anniversary event on the San Francisco Belle.
They arranged casino, dance floor, bar on first floor and dining on second floor. The arrangements were above average but the golden gate and SF skyline view from the lunch table was priceless.

I went on a lunch cruise with my mother and it was a blast. The Hornblower staff were courteous and professional, and the food was pretty darn good. The items at the buffet were nice and fresh and didn't sit out too long before we were able to eat. The cocktails were a fairly reasonable $12 and although I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, the first glass of sparkling wine was on the house. All in all, the buffet was a modest affair with two kinds of salad (the Caesar was very nice), three side dishes, and two main courses. Two kinds of cookies and 5 kinds of cake provided the dessert table. Their coffee was surprisingly good, to boot. And, finally, though I can't say you will have the same experience I did, I would like to give a warm shout out to Jarrod and Ashley, who were seated next to us and engaged us in lively conversation for the whole trip.

Did the Social Sunday cruise. Amazing views. The weather was perfect. Boat had a great crew. Clean bathrooms. Had so much fun. The DJ was top notch. The food was just ok (quick bites/nothing spectacular). Just eat before you go. This was one of the highlights of my trip to San Francisco. If you are in the area a Hornblower boat tour cruise is a MUST!

I really enjoyed going on a company cruise with this operator. Dinner, dancing, and fantastic views of the Bay Area are included. The food was pretty good, if not restaurant quality. There was a wedding on board our trip, so that kind of occupied the dance floor and also created some awkward moments with people trying to get photos. The views from the front of the boat are amazing - the bay bridges, Alcatraz, the cities of SF and Oakland, etc.

Champagne brunch cruise is absolutely worth it! Good food, good views, good drinks and good music!

I saw some older, not-so-good reviews.. so I was a little nervous about how it would turn out. But I’m glad I took a chance because it was phenomenal. We ended up finding out that they recently re-vamped everything- new boat, new menu etc. I was thrilled that we were getting to experience an improved version of the Premier Dinner Cruise; it was quite a treat for it being our first time even using this company :) Every course was delish! The DJ was hilarious and played great music! And the views of the bridge from the bay were unmatched!

The brunch cruise was amazing! Can't beat the incredible views of the bay. Bottomless mimosas were plentiful, and the brunch spread was delicious.

Took the cruise to Alkatraz. Super fast boats (15 min ride), food onboard is reasonably priced. Well worth the cost.

We booked the signature lunch cruise 🛳 boarding, took place at pier 3, located near Embarcadero and Washington streets. The app stated there was parking available. You want to go park on pier 3 free parking.🚙 we found a space immediately, and right there only a few feet away, they were loading for the cruise. They took a snapshot of my husband and I on the way in, and then we were checked in by the host Luis, who was amazingingly polite and inviting. The captain was there, and he was very approachable. My husband told him he was worried about maybe getting some motion sickness, and he suggested that my husband ask the staff for Ginger ale with bitter sweet. Which my husband did. Immediately? The staff was more than happy to accommodate him,They set us at a quaint table for 2 right at the front of the boat with a panoramic view. It was gorgeous. The buffet which I tried a little bit of everything was very good. My favorite main dishes were the salmon and the jerk pork

the deserts Which taste at the best worthy snickerdooclose the brownies? I put whip cream on with a raspberry drizzle and the small parfaits 🍨 They left the lunch buffet, and it's entirety out from the beginning of the cruise until we returned I grabbed a sourdough roll on my way out The views were spectacular. I would definitely do this again. I highly recommend you go at least once in your lifetime

Grab your team, your crew or your lover and get on the boat! You'll want to check the weather, of course, and remember to layer. It gets cold on the water. I suggest doing a dinner cruise. Food is good. Full bar.
