Very 🌞 bright earthy shop. Not plain and boring 🪴 Alot of plants and life in the building. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Stopped by to get quotes on dropoff. Reasonable prices spoke with a friendly gentleman who helped with all my questions. Would definitely do business here.

It is surprising how pretty the place is. In my previous impression, I always thought a cleaner will be a bit darker and not that energetics as this one. You can feel the vibe when you walk into the cleaners. The staff is really paying attention to details and is super friendly. Sue helped me with my order and she is very nice. They also do tailoring in case you’re wondering if you can find one in Hayward.

I've always been delighted by the service and friendliness of the folks at Alpine Cleaners; my family has been taking our business exclusively to them for about 15 years now.
They do a great job with all of our clothes (business attire, Indian garments) and on the few occasions where we've brought them delicate items to deal with, they are clear about what they will try to do, what risks there might be, and then leave us to make an informed decision. For example, recently I brought in a 40-year-old letterman's jacket which was not in great shape. They examined it carefully, walked me through what they thought could be done, and then did a great job brightening it up.

Overall, they're reliable and friendly. When they make a mistake (maybe twice in 15 years in our experience?), they own up to it and make it right. How could you really ask for more than that?

We are happy to continue to bring all of our business to them. You will be, too.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! I absolutely loved the work they did on my clothes. I came in with a couple of suits that needed to be ready in less than a week for a conference and they worked wonders on my clothes. Sue was so friendly and the places decor makes you feel at ease and warm and at the beginning and end of my service they gave me a cute candle with a smile. Thank you for your incredible service, I will be returning!

The staff are sweet and welcoming people.

I gave them 3 pairs of tailored trousers and they dry-cleaned and maintained the front and back creases down the front. Really professional job and so lucky to have them in my neighborhood.

Also for being a new customer, they gave me a gifted lint roller, which was a very sweet and kind gesture.

Very fair pricing in my opinion also.

I’ve been coming here since I was 18yrs old. Love this place! Never had any issues. I’ve had wedding dresses and prom dresses altered. I’ve had slacks altered, comforters cleaned and the everyday dockers and shirts cleaned and pressed. Highly recommend this place. The owners are very pleasant to work with. They took a lot of time decorating the place to make it very welcoming

Excellent customer service and the alterations service is amazing. Yesterday, he did a fantastic job with my dresses. He fixed something relatively challenging stain and made my dress looks new. Thank you for being so awesome!

Great customer service! It was pouring rain on Saturday and the owner grabbed an umbrella to walk me and laundry to car across the parking lot! I dropped the $1 cleaners less than 2 miles from home because of the service I received. The manager behaved as though she was doing me favor by allowing me in the door! I now drive across town through downtown Hayward to patronize Alpine cleaners at the much higher price point.... what does that tell ya?

Ok we tried this place coz was looking for a new dry cleaner esp coz my earlier dry cleaners messed up one of my outfit.
and so this time when my husband needed an expensive coat cleaned he tried them. And it was a good experience and the jacket was ready cleaned very quickly with no mess up.

A button fell out of the fly from my favorite jeans and this store replaced the entire button fly with a zipper for $14 in only a few days. Great quality, cheap, and fast service!

Much to my surprise Alpine Cleaners was pleasant and thoughtful. They were willing to accommodate my need to have an item cleaned today.
