Just visited Lucky store, and I'm impressed! The place is squeaky clean, which made my shopping enjoyable. Shoutout to the cashiers—super friendly and quick. Great atmosphere, clean space, and awesome staff. Lucky is now my top choice for shopping!

I've shopped here many times. Really enjoy the service and the staff.

This Lucky is clean and well stocked. The deli has tasty fried chicken and chicken tenders. The salads are good too.

Friendly staff, they don't hassle me about having a backpack, which is nice. Hand baskets and carts are always available. They are open long hours which is great. I wish the bike rack outside was more secure, I don’t feel safe leaving my bike locked to it as is.

The staff is excellent. All work hard. Cynthia, Yvonne, Frank and others truly welcome us and know our names!

If I had a concern, the manager truly listened and cared.

The store offers traditional and ethnic foods that for me are difficult to find elsewhere. Personnel here is always friendly and helpful.

I loved my experience in this store. Fresh mushrooms and other produce, polite staff and abundant packing spaces. I just wish they had enough cashiers for early morning hours. Their self-checkout system doesn't function efficiently all the time. I'll still give them five stars regardless.

Well lite inside outside not so much. Found what we wanted minus a 30 pack of Bud for $16.99 w/coupon!! But since last day of sale & No Stock in store we got a rain check😃 This was awesome. GREAT STORE and friendly clerks

We went in looking for some of the items in the ad. We couldn't find them. I saw a Man in the deli & asked Him. I wish I cought His name. He talked to us for a bit. We shared w/Him that we didn't come in very often. He asked Why we said we always run into an unfriendly or unwilling staff to Help. We told Him 1 checker would not help us get the card or whatever is needed to get the discounted items. Sorry right now I can't think of what's it called. He Hugged us & said I'm sorry about that just down load the app. Then showed us w/His phone how to get it & how to use it & how you accumulate points & it can go toward future items to purchase! That is Awesome! Unfortunately the items we were searching for was not in either of the 2 places it could be. Then He told us when it will be made again to come & get it. Unfortunately I can't go out by myself at this time. My Wife would be at work. She went after work ,but No luck. So everyone wanted the chicken & Tri tip enchiladas for 7.99. Well hope they get offered again soon & try them. I told my Aunt But, she too did not go in time. So if You have trouble w/the app. go to the deli where a Loving tall then Black Man is! Great smile & willing to Help! So Refreshing & Delightful!

I purchased bbq chicken wings (Delicious!!!) and broccoli salad. The lady at the deli counter was very nice and a beautiful smile... very nice personality...
the fresh produce area is well kept and clean...

Biggest Lucky's I've ever seen, very clean and stocked. Prices are higher than most stores.

I like this grocery market. We moved to the area a short while ago and were glad to see alternative to Safeway. Feels more local, but looks a bit dated. I've never been to another Lucky before so I can't compare.

The lower prices are great, but it doesn't look very safe at late evening hours. Then again, neither does any store around here.

There's plenty of parking, including roof parking and an elevator/stairs to take you down. The shopping carts will seize up on you if you take them out of range. The location is great, next to coffee stops and ice cream shops. I wouldn't recommend this place to my stuck-up friends, but I shop here whenever I can.

A young man named Giraldo was kind enough to assist me and walk me to my car it was dark outside and I haven't been in the area for a long time and I parked away too far from the entrance I greatly appreciated feeling secure as we walk to my car he was a perfect young gentleman and I did appreciate I'm taking the time to see me safely thank you

13 years in Hayward, CA. Lucky's is always nice to shop at. Marty Jackson (Asst. Manager) has always done an excellent job there. Kind, friendly, helpful and very considerate of the customers needs. You may want to say Hi to him when you stop in.

Considering where we are now, they were great- stock is low, but most basic staples are there. I'm grateful to the employees for their patience and commitment.

An employee stocking one of the shelves where I was looking for stuff actually offered his assistance. Good customer service! Something I haven't experienced in quite a while.
