Hyatt Place Emeryville/San Francisco Bay Area

Came for the first time and had a not so great experience at the front desk with the evening manager. Besides that all the other staff were great and super helpful. The bartender was also very friendly and made great drinks. She was doing a good job at keeping all the customers happy and engaged, thank you Janie!

What a nice hotel! it looks new! I checked in very last minute and they had a room available, what luck! The front desk staff was friendly.. I believe Jan helped me, he was great. The room was clean and quiet. The wifi was very fast! I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms and the lobby are lovely.

This property is just across from Bay Street, lots of shopping, places to eat and movies.

The breakfast is free. It’s just ok, but something for everyone.

Spacious rooms for the Bay Area, decent breakfast, strong WiFi, parking in the building next door for a discounted daily fee, and comfortable beds. Sheena assisted me at the front desk with excellent customer service and resolved my issues;however, I can’t say the same about this chubbier possibly hispanic dude at night who needs to receive basic training. Almost got a parking ticket thanks to that dude. Would definitely stay again but hope they do something about that chubby Hispanic dude

It was my first stay at Hyatt Place, I would stay there again. It was perfect for us. Walking distance for everything. Room was nice and I loved the view out my window. And free breakfast

My stay at this Hyatt Place hotel has been exceptional! The staff members are extremely kind- especially Natasha who helped me find a parking solution when the lot was full late at night. She really went above and beyond! Cannot recommend this hotel more.

Checked in Saturday night after a long day , the front desk agent Alex welcomed and greeted us with my family. He made us feel like we were home . We stay there for 3 days and Alex helped and answered all my questions . The hotel is clean and the location is great , they served breakfast every morning . I’m definitely coming back to this hotel in a future.

My room was clean bed was comfortable breakfast was good. Plenty of stores walking distance

Had a wonderful time staying here. Walked to Neighborhood Market, grabbed some food to take back to my room, watched a movie, took a shower and had a wonderful night sleep. Woke up next day, had the continental breakfast than walked to the train station.

Excellent hotel. Room was great...location is excellent. Service excellent breakfast was yumny. I will be back for sure. Lately, it's been very hard finding excellent hotels in my travels. This was excellent!!

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are new and super clean. Full-size refrigerator and kitchen area. Access is convenient to I-80 and 580. It’s convenient when visiting UC Berkeley, taking about 15 minutes to get to campus. Emeryville food court in the Public Market has a lot of interesting options, and there are the standard chain fast food restaurants nearby as well. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Great over all experience... 10/10! Comfortable rooms, full breakfast service! If you come in too late, parking is available across the street but not bad. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoy the stay here. Stayed with with a friend. The rooms were clean the staff fabulous and the Bar excellent.

Alice was the bartenders name. Professional, funny and excellent choices of great tasting cocktails. The Tokyo Tea best I ever had. I am definitely coming back again. Thank you Alice for a wonderful conversation you make the hotel a enjoyable place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms are very clean & so quiet, we got great sleep here every night. All the hotel associates were just great. All smiles & so pleasant all the time. Darlynn (spelling?) Is absolutely amazing! She made us feel so welcome, not just at check-in, but every day we were there. We've stayed at hotels all over the country for work & she is probably my favorite.
The hotel is in a great location, so close to SF & Oakland for sightseeing. My only negative feed back would be the extreme lack of parking & no microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Great spot. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Nice rooms. outlets could be a little more convenient. Shower handle was broken.

My sister needed a ride to the airport very early in the morning so we decided to get a hotels so we can all have one last night of fun. This is definitely the hotel for everything! I think I'll be going with all Hyatt places from now on.
