Ty so much to the gentleman who helped me today, I came in at 5:40 am and it seemed closed but definitely the guy saw me in the window and helped me out with the best customer service! I asked for coffee and he asked me if I wanted cream and sugar and also told me the names of the sweeteners they had, and so he got me what I needed!! I didn't catch his name! But 5 stars for his humble and pleasurable service!!! I'll be back Loop & Co.! God bless!🔥💯💕😊

I purchased a bottle of Suja Mixed Berries Organic Juice, as I left the store in to my vehicle try to open the bottle it exploded with pressure and juice got all over my car, I tested and it appeared to be over fermentated hence the pressure, tested like bad wine. So I contacted the store manager and she made things rigth, I'm satisfied with her response and I'm amending my review to 5 Stars.

Very friendly staff, store is always clean, well stocked, they even have hot food. They are open 24 hours and they treat the local down-on-their luck patrons with the same courtesy and respect. Thanks for setting a good example.

Okay so I've previously been disappointed at this place but as of today Sunday April 26th I have an entirely different opinion due to one particular employee...JOSHUA. He is not only super helpful and extremely polite with exceptional customer service skills, he's also handsome as hell. Thanx for hiring such a great guy!!!

Great Place. Extremely Neat and Clean

Paid for the car wash, after waiting half an hour, it went "out of service" before I could go through. Waited more to try to get my money back. Initially, they refused me and 2-3 other people waiting refunds, with us being told they needed permission to issue one which they didn't have and couldn't get. Took 20+ mins of back and forth before they made a call to get permission. Finally got a refund but not after they tried to get myself+the others to give up and just eat the cost. Huge waste of time.

It’s clean. I’ll give them that. But the service is poor. Fountain drink machine wasn’t working. Lady adjusted some tray while scolding another employee about not putting it back correctly. Then just walks away. Sure enough, fountain machine still doesn’t work. I didn’t bother fetching the lady back. Just left the store thirsty.

Always broken pumps, no receipts, car wash will trap you in a slooooooow line it wait

Horrible experience trying to work with them. Mariam doesn't listen then complains about why no one wants to work for her then the shift manager calls me and tells me that she doesn't need me anymore because my schedule doesn't fit. For school, no class is during graveyard shifts. Can you not compute when classes would start and when classes would end. Put it together.

It says it’s open 24 hours and went there at 11pm. The door was locked and the guy inside waved me off and I couldn’t go in. Why would it say open 24 hour and not let people come in? Inaccurate information that is given.

Worthless location. Supposed to provide restrooms for customers and they don't. Worthless employees.

Do Not eat here employees use restroom and dont wash hands they have no soap and touch all over food and products

Loops has one to two hobos outside the front door and demand money from us every time we go there.
