Social Media told me this store gives out pant fulls of free iPhones to young men trying to feed their families. Best Apple Store in all of America.

They be giving away iPhones and iPads here. Don't mind asking, just take and leave. Not even the police in Emeryville will stop you. They just wanna park outside

Above all the serving staff is friendly and very attentive, even on super busy Thanksgiving. Many many many meat options but the lamb is a stand-out, seasoned and tender. There were also many side dishes to choose from, great for the non-meat lover. Even had a few Thanksgiving sides as well.

I guess this place attracts not the brightest people wanting to rob them 🤣😅

Dwayne (the manager) is outstanding and provides excellent customer service. Despite me being in the store figuring out some issues with my phone for a couple hours, he was very helpful, patient, and hilarious. He even allowed me to stay past closing time to finish setting up my new phone, and also was kind enough to give me a water and snickers bar. Great experience!

I made an appointment, I dropped off my phone, and 2 hours later got it back with the battery replaced. It was efficient, and affordable.

Thomas and Samuel went above and beyond to get my phone working again.

Pleasant experience and great friendly staff especially Walter and Mike. Everything to do with the location was great. Apple needs to make this easier to get to the appointment level for a disabled phone it was very difficult to make/request appointment. Thank you again Walter helped us outside showing and explaining the process when we'resent to the store by a Verizon employee. When we returned to the it was great to see Walter and again he was patient and helpful, then Mike was able to wipe and restart my Dad's phone.

Danny helped me with quite a few things, and I was just fairly stressed and I appreciated his support when I asked a million questions and he helped me with some things that I didn’t specifically list as the reason I was there (didn’t realize I would have other things I’d want help with). Very kind, will come back to this location whenever I need to.
Also I got my computer back within 2 days with repairs when I thought the minimum was three and everything’s working perfectly and I’m just really grateful because my computer is hugely important to me right now with school and my practicum site both being online.

The staff are some of the nicest people ever and are super knowledgeable about their products and the options. They took a lot of time with me to help me find just the right thing.

I went in to the store with the intention of being fitted for a watch. The guy who helped me (I think Samir was his name) was super helpful and answered all of my questions without any trouble. I ended up deciding to buy right then and there, except the store was out of stock on the exact colors I wanted. He did his best to accommodate and offer alternatives but I’m picky and didn’t want a different color wrist band. Left the store satisfied and with the knowledge I needed to order a watch online. Really glad I was paired up with Samir.

Great customer service from Candace with my appt for assistance on my MacBook. Additional great customer sales service from Frank with sale of replacement leather case iPhone 4 Pro for my friend. Overall friendly service.

Had to take a computer in because of a cracked screen, was able to pick it up in about a week with no issues.

My experience at the store was great Thomas really helped us out even though the first young man didn't register properly waited 25 minutes but got everything taken care of without a problem it was amazing Thomas needs a raise

It’s an apple store ha ha they are all pretty much the same. If you must feel and touch things before you buy… for sure go in and kill some time chatting with the folks. Most are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I just wanted to thank Walter today for helping me. He was cool and kind. I was getting frustrated because the Apple product I purchased was not right. He helped me find something different and offered advice and product knowledge that helped me feel confident I had made a good decision. This is a great location and the staff is the greatest.

The staff here are great! I had an emergency where my banking app was inaccessible due to a backlight issue on my iphone6 where the screen wasn't working at all. They set me up with a separate monitor in store to access my phone and gave me advice on the best solutions moving forward. The team really just looks for the best solution for you- there's no pressure to buy apple products or to pay for costly repairs. They're honest- great customer service. Sometimes there can be a really long wait so prepare for that.
