Big Brothers Plumbing Inc

I liked the company for a few reasons. They aim to inform the customer of the details and give choices. They would've been fine if we investigated it here where the problem was but being we really didn't have the tools to do the correct investigation, we asked the plumbers to do that for us, but that would've been a savings of almost $200 right off the bat so I think giving that choice is very nice.

They were able to make the repairs about three or four days after they came for the investigation, but after the investigation and analyzing of the problem, they did make a temporary repair repair so that there was no water leak and that was really nice.

Because of the amount of water in the garage from the leak, they also loaned a dehumidifier to pull the water out and there was an incredible amount of water and moisture in the area so that was really really nice.

Jesus is a really good problem solver and I told him that he was and I'm sure he is really valuable to the company. Ruben was a tall strong man. They were both strong and good listeners too.

I would say they were also very good at communication and that's such an important piece of running a good business.

The repairs were just finished today and I'm pretty sure everything will be fine. We'll probably call them in the future because of their sincerity and upfront attitude.

Another thing about the company is that they don't have people who they can recommend to do the drywall but we can find that. Some companies recommend drywall people and so they were upfront about that, though they said they didn't have anyone that they could recommend so that's OK. Communication is everything.

I really appreciate getting them to do the repair.

Jesus Espinoza came to our apartment to fix faucet in the kitchen and he did an excellent job. We had issue with our faucet for few days. Now we are relieved and didn’t have to worry about the water leakage from our faucet anymore. Couldn’t ask for better plumber than Jesus Espinoza.

Jesus did a wonderful job! He was very thorough with his work and professional. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything. I’m a newish homeowner and know very little about plumbing. He also found another minor issue with one of my bathroom sinks as he was working and was able to fix that as well on the same day. I highly recommend!

Jesus and Ruben put in a new water heater for me. They were, thorough, friendly, answered all my questions and extremely knowledgeable and competent. Their prices are also terribly reasonable. Finding a wonderful plumber is the best thing and I will use them forever. Rand P.

Angel was amazing! Very calm & professional compared to me who was in a panic over a failed water heater w/water everywhere. Angel was very clear about the costs & came out the same day. Ruben & Jesus installed the new water heater the same day I called & passed the city’s permit inspection the next day, no problems at all. Jorge Rojas came to fix my toilet today and he was very professional fast, clean and informative. He came and cleared my line cleaned up after his self and left. I really appreciate his professionalism and education .

I called several local plumbing companies for some basic repairs. New toilet and modify a sink drain. Seems simple, but man most plumbing companies this difficult. Big Brother is different in every way. They communicate clearly up front, the technicians come prepared for the work you asked for AND with all the parts needed for the job. This is HUGE.

Angel came by to do the work. He was well organized, great communicator, did quality work and cleaned the site when he was done. All my plumbing work is going to Big Brother from now on.

I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen and Jesus was able to come in on the same day and replace it. Big brothers plumbing has always been very reliable and provided great service. I really appreciate Jesus’ professionalism and leaving the place better than he found it. Thank you!

My tankless water heater wasn’t working and I called multiple places. Angel from Big Brothers Plumbing was willing to troubleshoot a bit over the phone and had me test if gas was on or off to my house by having me turn on my furnace. He was the only person to ask this question before scheduling an appt to come out. We found out the earthquake safety gas valve had been triggered and no gas was coming into my house. By simply fixing that my water heater started working again and no one needed to come out to help! I can’t thank this business enough for being so customer-centric and saving me money and getting my water heater back up and running! Will definitely call them again.

We had an emergency bathtub clog and Angel came and fixed it the same day we called him. He also cleaned out a slow draining bathroom sink. He was on time, courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Big Brothers Plumbing rates are reasonable and we would not hesitate to hire them again.
