When our old hot water heater died and couldn’t be fixed, we called Big Blue. Javier V. was really helpful with explaining our options, and we decided to upgrade to a Sanco2 heat pump system instead of gas. Javier and Pardo were knowledgeable, kind and precise with the install, and navigated challenges like where to put the heat pump behind our house and ordering special parts. They also work with a great electrician and facilitated that work. The whole job was done in two days! They made sure we didn’t have to go a weekend without hot water. I highly recommend going with Big Blue and their expert staff.

Nate was great! Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Our sump pump repair that we thought would be straightforward became a puzzle, and he was thorough and persistent in solving it. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions as the project went along. Couldn’t have been a better experience! Thank you! Had a great first interaction with Nate/Nathan as we went over the details for a water purification system installation quote. He was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and went as far as providing us a few different quotes based on what we want installed, and a couple options he recommends.

George and his partner Augustin are arguably the two best plumbers in Big Blue’s employ. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. They worked as a team to complete a series of plumbing tasks in my home. They are top notch fellows; the kind of guys you’d want at your family’s backyard barbecue.

Nate was great at fixing the gas diverter for the water heater. He was on time and very thorough at what he worked on. He ensured everything worked and checked for any additional issues. He also gave me some warnings such as my hot water tank being on a wood base versus a metal base.
He also recommended earthquake gas shutoff valve which I installed. This cuts off gas supply in the event of an earthquake and saves lives.

Harris Giotas, our Big Blue plumber, was incredible. He is a real credit to the industry. Not only was he able to replace our aging (and old) Glacier Bay fixtures without tearing out the entire wall, he discovered and repaired a unknown major leak under the toilette. We are truly indebted to Harris for his complete professionalism. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. He is highly recommended for any plumbing problem or issue.

First review: This was for a preliminary estimate, and Nate was absolutely stellar. He was thorough, explained everything in simple terms, and treated us with the utmost respect. I'm absolutely planning on going to Big Blue for all of our future plumbing needs.

Nate evaluated the project several weeks ago, provided detailed and informative alternantive proposals in writing, kept in touch during my own evaluation and subsequent questions, created and explained the proposed solution verbally and with paperwork, showed up on time with the guys (three trucks), kept us informed every step of the way, completed the project in time and on budget, and left a clean worksite when the job was done. I could not be more pleased with Nate, the guys (especially Maruice) and Big Blue.

Nathan is an honest and intelligent technician, who gave me options to resolve my PVC drain pipe that was raised by a large tree root. I will also contact Big Blue Pluming in the spring about our internal pipes on the second floor.

A tech was dispatched promptly, evaluated my hot water heater, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He answered my questions in detail in a professional and friendly manner. The
two man crew arrived on time the next morning and installed my new hot water heater without issues. Highly recommended!
