Discount City has a great selection of products. I went there for a couple of decorations and a tree stand for a Christmas tree. And they had everything I wanted and it was a great price.

This place is really cool. Has a lot of stuff that would probably be in your Amazon wishlist. They have a lot of items for origination (which I loved) We probably were in there for an hour looking at all of the cool stuff they had. The prices are really affordable.

Discount City is the best! They have everything I never even knew I needed. Party supplies, kids toys, craft/office supplies, toiletries, household essentials, the best selection of Filipino food and snacks, produce, really cute bags and hats, clothes… I can go on and on. Staff are very friendly and kind too.

Very nice people here. Best pricing and they even have balloons and they have session iteam. Xmas Halloween newyears you name it they have it during that time.

Discount City has been a neighborhood treasure going on nearly two decades. Groceries, imported foods, hardware, kitchen items and toiletries. You name it, they probably have what you are looking for at a sharply discounted price. The owners are friendly and helpful. It's easy to get lost in there, filling up your cart with deals on household items. Truly helpful for families and people on a budget. I am really grateful they're here!

This place used to be called the 99 cent store, but of course nothing is 99 cents anymore so it's Discount City! I have been coming here for a long time to get generic household items like soap, laundry detergent, towels, Zote, etc. Despite being a cheap store, many of their stuff is good quality and usable. The owners are super nice and I guarantee good customer service when you go.

The store is fully stocked with dollar store items and more. Small grocery and produce section as well. This is my go to for many items!

This Discount City stores has a large variety of things you can use at home, as gifts and for yourself. Merchandise is usually fair to good quality. Better quality then Dollar Store. Everything I've gone to look for they have had it.
.. Go in browse around you'll find something you can use, reasonably priced.

They have lots of stuff. Balloons, laundry baskets, batteries, canned beans, potatoes - if, by some curse, there was only one store you would go to, this could be it. Everything is cheap, its awesome

I cannot believe I waited so long to really check this place out. Great for gift bags, party supplies and balloons! So many Asian food products - it's now my #1 spot for these items. Plus they carry pan de ube from Valeros!! Great random items too (some even brand name) scored on Dove products.

This place is hands-down the number store to shop in Alameda. They have been there for years and always have whatever your looking for. I have been coming here since I was a kid. I am now a father and now bring my kid here. The people who work here are welcoming and warming

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. It is better than the$1 store because they have better deals. Some of the things that they sell are priced 0-100 dollars. They may cost a little more but you get a deal . Like they have bathroom mat sets toilet seat floor and tub all for $11. They also have blankets food , personal,hygene, electronics and more.

Huge Dollar store with hidden name brand gems. Need party supplies? An amazing balloon selection to celebrate all life's milestones. Wonderful owner. Quarter rides outside just like when you were a kid at Thriftys.
