So good! Really hit the spot. Great burgers and even better fries. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Small diner style burgers and sandwiches. Tasty onion rings. Got the grilled salmon sandwich, solid choice we all had different items and the customizations they got were spot on. Garlic fries were loaded with big chunks, super tasty!

It’s an affordable beachside cafe. Had the veggie teriyaki avocado burger and it was quite tasty. Basic patty, fresh vegetables and a tasty whole wheat bun. Good for kids.

Little mom and pop shop, ordered the California Burger with fries and it was good! Drinks are in bottles and soda cans, but they have a variety: ginger ale, sprite, coke, kombuchas, watermelon Bai, bottled water, etc. Great prices, especially in San Francisco, and just around the corner is Ocean's Beach. Loved the food here, will try more from the menu!

I love TJ's, it's an unassuming, solid diner, that doesn't try to be something it's not. Sweet staff and solid grub and portions at a fair price. We come back here as often as we can when passing through. Thank you TJ's 😘 see you again soon.

Good+ food with many choices and friendly local Owner. Food was ready on time and all correctly made to order for our group of 7. Reasonably priced too. We'll come back for sure.

Great breakfast spot! (Breakfast ends at 11:30) Staff was kind and helped us choose the best option for us. We got the bountiful breakfast option, which includes 2 eggs cooked to order, potatoes, choice of bread, and choice of meat. Coke products, coffee and juices to drink. Could use a good scrubbing down, but what greasy spoon diner couldn't? Food was quick and delicious. Served on paper plates with no frill. Just what we were looking for!

We stopped by here while I was giving friends from out of the country a tour of the City. (We ate the meal up on Sutro Heights.) Friendly service. Very happy with my sandwich. Perfect fries. I didn't read the reviews beforehand (just saw the total number of stars). I see several reviews say a meal needed salt. This is a plus for me. I prefer to add salt instead of getting a salty meal.

Went for breakfast yesterday. Kindest staff I have encountered in SF. Seriously. The food was affordable for the city, and my partner and I both really enjoyed the breakfast we got! Eggs cooked perfectly, sandwich tasted fantastic. If you need more salt or ketchup they provide that for you! She walked the food out to us, and I will repeat myself: kindest service I’ve received in the city. Thank you :) My one regret is not being able to stay in the area longer.

We picked up a delicious breakfast to-go from TJ Cafe - the breakfast burrito, vegie burrito and bacon, egg & cheese croissant were all delicious and we hardly had to wait. I highly recommend dropping in before or after your visit Land's End or Ocean Beach.

We live a few blocks away and have walked by this place many times and yet always forget that it’s there when we are craving anything they have on the menu. This morning I really wanted a breakfast burrito and it finally came to mind. We walked over and I was excited to see that they had chorizo as an option. My partner ordered the BLT meal. Just took our first bites and everything is so delicious and fresh tasting. It’s also reasonably priced with generous portions. We will definitely not forget TJ’s in the future! It’s a neighborhood gem!

They took care of us on Thanksgiving when many places were closed. The service was excellent and the food was really good. Highly recommend if you're in the area

Breakfast burrito with chorizo was excellent. Best for quick bites. Don't expect a charming comfy ambience, it's more like a fast-food place. But tasty food and nice people.

We got the club sandwich, fish and chips and clam chowder. Club was delicious double stacked with 3 slices of bread worth every penny. The fish and chips were very good as well perfect fish to bread ratio with more of a panko breading. Also very good. Clam chowder was a little on the soupy side but still decent. Definitely got our money's worth.
