Mattress Firm Gig Harbor West

My husband and I recently visited Mattress Firm Gig Harbor West. We came in very uneducated on what we needed, only knew what we wanted to test. Brittany was sure to greet us right away and offer her help. We told her we would like to try a specific brand to which she brought us to, however we received so much more than anticipated! Much to our surprise there are so many more things to consider when purchasing a bed, and Brittany was an absolute expert in helping us narrow down just what we needed to try out! She was incredibly professional, an absolute expert in her knowledge and very obviously loves her job. Her customer service is beyond anything we have received in most retail stores we visit. With Brittany’s careful guidance we were not only able to select the perfect mattress (which was not what we initially went in for, thank you Brittany for saving us from purchasing the wrong mattress again!) but she got us in under budget AND paired us with the perfect pillows. I will be recommending her specific service to any of my friends and family in need of a bed! You have an incredibly brilliant and dedicated employee on your hands at the Gig Harbor West Mattress Firm location!!

Austin was so helpful and made buying a new mattress so quick and painless. Austin was very knowledgeable and really helped my husband and I pick the right mattress for us. He also helped make sure we had everything we needed and would enjoy our new purchase. I would definitely recommend this store and associate for anyone who is looking for a new mattress or anything sleep related.

10/10 hands down best mattress buying experience I've had. Joe was amazing showing us a variety of options and let me take a "nap" while he talked numbers with my bf. We came back the next day and Austin was fantastic getting us checked out - very personable and fun to work with. Absolutely would recommend working with either of these super knowledgeable gentlemen!!!

Alec is a great asset. Not only was he a very patient sales rep, he listened to our concerns and showed us many options. We did not feel “pushed” to a purchase and our budget was respected by him. Highly recommend working with him.

Great experience! We came in with an idea of what twin bed we wanted to purchase for our toddler, and Brittany was able to steer us in a great direction and provide pros and cons of each option. I didn’t feel like she was trying to push a bunch of extra add ons nor did I feel pressure to purchase a higher end mattress. I’d go back to this location and seek out Brittany for our next mattress purchase.

David and Angel did a wonderful delivery job - efficient and timely and pleasant. John was very helpful at selecting a mattress and head board/frame. This is my second time at using Mattress Firm at the Gig Harbor store, and we could not be more pleased.

John at this location was the biggest help in our search for a new mattress and base after having the same mattress for 10 years. He provided such insightful and knowledgeable help that made us feel assured in out purchase. His lighthearted nature and friendly disposition made it easy to make a decision on such an infrequent and expense purchase. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I would highly recommend this store.

My wife and I visited the Mattress Firm Store at Gig Harbor West, and we had a wonderful time exploring Mattresses with the Store Manager Joe! We saw and tried out several styles of Mattresses all at different price-points. The manager; Joe showed us a few types of Mattress Frames; even one with a vibrating function; which was very cool!

Friendly and well informed staff.Joe was very knowledgeable and helped streamline our shopping experience and bring us to a decision quickly.
John was friendly and efficient in clerking the details of the sale and getting us out the door with our new mattress.

What a refreshing painless mattress shopping experience. Thanks to Brittany and Austin for their amazing customer service. They took the time to allow us to compare the best mattress to fit our needs. We can't wait for the delivery of our Tempur-pedic mattress set with adjustable base! The whole experience was 5☆☆☆☆☆

In entering the Gig Harbor store we were greeted right away. John helped us look for a king size mattress that would be specifically for guests. He was a great help. It was like he knew what we were looking for. There was no pressure in buying and we came out satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend your Gig Harbor store to anyone looking for a mattress.

Excellent customer service! Alec was incredibly helpful and had all the answers. I was dreading going mattress shopping as it seems most retail environments are comprised of employees that are disinterested in their jobs or salesman who don't listen. Not the case today! Alec demonstrated professionalism, a genuine willingness to help me find the right product and had a great sense of humor as well! He and Austin made our shopping experience easy and fun. I left with a new mattress, feeling good and confident in my purchase! Thanks guys, for bringing back what truly defines awesome service and a great product!

Austin was the absolute best! We called ahead and he had a list prepared of mattresses to try out. He found us the perfect mattress and the right setup to keep our frame and decor together. Could not be happier!!!!!!

John was phenomenal! He was knowledgable and patient throughout the bed testing/tryout experience. I would say that he went above and beyond in his customer service skills. He sold me on the Serta hybrid medium bed, and thanks to him I will soon be on my way to a great nights rest.

Tonight we visited mattress firm & Austin is who helped up. He was very personable, respectful & knowledgeable. We were going in just to research & we ended up buying. He gave us enough good information that we decided it was a good decision. We have not had delivery & removal of the old mattress yet, so I will update my review at that point but if you need a new comfy bed Austin knows their business & was a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend.
