My secretary and I recently came to Rairdon Nissan looking to purchase a vehicle to replace her recently stolen Hyundai. I had personally done business with them in the past and had had a very positive experience then, so I was feeling optimistic. She also had spoken with them on the phone and gotten a positive feeling about them. We came in, therefore, expecting good service and were far from disappointed. From beginning to end, Carlos, Dennis, and Kodi were exceptionally helpful, honest, and took the time to genuinely understand her wants and needs. It really helped to put her at ease after what has been a very painful and frustrating journey. We left feeling like she had gotten a good deal and she has been very pleased with the purchase so far. Will definitely be returning to do business with them in the future.

Great experience at Rairdon's in Auburn! Had to make a long drive down there from the north end and Chase really pulled out all the stops to make my visit worthwhile. Their cars are clean, as advertised and we worked out a great purchase price and financing that I was comfortable with. Maricela and Santana were very accommodating also. They have a great inventory down here too for whatever styles suit you. I would definitely buy from them again down the road. Thanks Chase and the team!

Rafael was so smooth, knowledgeable and really actually cared and was MINDFUL about what we wanted in a car and EXCEEDED our expectations the second we drove in in our now old, ex car. Maricela was quick to draft up the paperwork. Our little one was taking a nap after her lunch at home and Grandpa was watching her but we got home in time to make her dinner. Rairdon’s Nissan of Auburn has such a good energy and they’re actual people not just car salespeople and I really appreciate everything. I go to the garage first thing in the morning because I just can’t believe the deal I got.

I went in interested in driving a Pathfinder. I chose the 2023 model they had in stock. They treated me very well and after the usual formalities I left the same day with a new SUV. Fair price, good financing, trade was valued well. Overall an easy and pleasant car purchase.

Came in today to look at an updated model of my car. We met Diana and worked with Carlos Santana. (What a cool name! 😎)

Once all the numbers came back the first time they were a little high for us, but Carlos graciously asked us what we could pay and he worked his magic and got our payment down to what worked - amazing!

No pushy manipulative sales, super understanding and patient staff, and just all around great service here. I’m so glad we came to work with Nissan Auburn, their service was excellent.

It was great working with Aaron, this was my first visit to the service center after moving here. I was a walk-in customer and Aaron accommodated my car for service. He thoroughly explained about the servicing details, cost and time taken. It was a great experience and will for sure go back for further services

Everything was going great until it wasn't! 🥺🥺I was assured everything was checked and there were no issues on Thursday when I made my purchase but here it is Monday 4 days later and I had a "Warning" light "Malfunction check owners manual" light come on and stay on for my 15 minute commute to work. I checked owners manual (which by the way had never been opened) and since I am not mechanically minded was left frustrated and worried!

Update: Rairdons has redeemed themselves

Keely was awesome. Went in on two occasions and at both meetings she was very helpful and patient with our process. The manager(?) fella we spoke to during our first visit was way too pushy, but he wasn’t our primary point of contact so it was fine. As a first time buyer accustomed to ancient hand-me-down cars, it was awesome to have a sales rep take the time after the sale to help me out with learning the dash.

Stop in and see Gene Hansen! Great guy! Helps you find the perfect fit! Friendly, courteous, great sense of humor! Absolutely LOVE my new Kicks! Showed and told Gene what I needed and he matched me with a PERFECT car!!!

I took my used car there to be repaired I only owned it a year and it was a very dangerous car and they couldn't work on it it was put back together wrong by someone else I was very upset didn't know what to do but they offered me a trade in on the car that didn't run anymore and set me up in a new Honda CRV well new to me a 2018 with low miles I was very happy they took care of me and I'll take my car back here every time. I find them to be very honest and you can trust them.

So far so good! Bought a used Xterra, traded in my old vehicle that no longer suited my needs. Nissan Auburn was able to work with me to find a good trade in price for my older vehicle to help get me into a new car.
