Great customer service. The staff provided a clear explanation of cost, provided perfect updates via text message, and remained friendly the entire time. They explained all of my options and were proactive in providing an estimated time for completion. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to Rairdon's Subaru after such a great experience.

I came to get my oil changed and I admitted I had only budgeted for the oil change that day. Alex in Service was not only understanding, he explained what needed to be done and what wasn’t as high a priority. He also explained what needed to be done straightforwardly and in an easy to understand way. Definitely will come back!

Great experience had at Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn purchasing a new 2024 Outback. Thanks to our sales consultant Jonathan McDowell the process went smoothly. He was very professional and calm. He was always readily available to answer all questions we had without the high pressure sales tactics you can encounter. Through each step the staff were all pleasant and respectful. I would recommend this dealership and Jonathan MacDowell for those hoping for a no-nonsense experience.

Had such a good experience here! Blaine was extremely helpful and transparent with us. I really appreciated his experience and knowledge, it felt like he was able to answer every question we had.

Honestly, his service was so great, I don't feel right taking away stars because of one person there that just felt "salesman". It was a stark difference in our experience when this person(I think it was the GM?) got involved. It felt fake, forced, and dishonest. When I asked for legal documentation from their bank/financial department that clearly stated why the extended warranty was "required to qualify for financing" as he had stated, he did not provide it and instead offered coupons. This sales tactic is shameful. Do not lie.

Blaine and Georgi are the ones that earned the five stars. We almost walked when we were blatantly lied to.

Cody in service was great. He dealt with my ever growing list of requests with ease and provided all information I asked for in detail, which was much appreciated as it was an expensive day of repairs. We had a small issue with the technician not completed something properly, but Cody’s apology and solutions really went a long way. I’d give 4 stars for the problem but Cody made it right and deserves the recognition he is due.

I worked with Jada on purchasing my very first Subaru WRX. We went back and fourth for awhile and she worked it well! She did everything she could to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. She was super sweet. Very polite and friendly. Just overall an amazing experience and I got to drive off in my brand new Subaru feeling happy and comfortable! I did not feel like they were pushy in any way and loved the communication between all parts of the transaction. Helen In finance was super positive. Very friendly and efficient at the same time. Went in for my very first service at Rairdon. It was easy, I knew exactly what they were doing because the person took the time to give me the details which is always nice and got a free car wash with the service. It was kind of a long wait but there were snacks, beverages and a comfy waiting area to make waiting easier

Great service great people. Nick helped me with getting me back home with a ride from Subaru. Got the job done in the timely presented to me (3 days).. One small thing was in the past I didn't need full coverage for borrowing a car from Subaru of Puyallup. Maybe that changed but I wasn't able to get a vehicle due to my liability insurance. That was the only thing I didn't agree or like about this time around.

I will be back for other problems tho, lone me a car next time! Thanks guys

I was listened to about my needs for a car and they did an amazing job showing me many cars, even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Staff was extremely catering and nice to work with. I greatly appreciate that they talk to their customers like they are on the same level. I walked out if there with a clean car and knew exactly what they did and felt confident in the repairs. Could not have had a better experience!

Excellent experience working with Chase. All women know car shopping is a pain in the butt as men do not take us seriously and assume we know nothing and often take advantage of us. I’ve been car shopping for a month and have had nothing but typical negative experiences but Chase was great. He listened, didn’t push back and hard sell repeatedly and provided an excellent car buying experience!

Excellent customer service and complete and thorough explanations of work to be performed and also work coming up that will be due for service. I love that part of the service!
