I had a 5 star experience today at Walgreens photo department. Jonathan was a great help , and friendly the entire time.
Parking is easy as well.

Kyle in photos was absolutely awesome! Excellent customer service, friendly and great attitude. Truly appreciate him so much. He made returning my package and drop off completely effortless. Way too easy!

Pharmacy was very helpful on the occasions I’ve had to call and speak to someone about a transferred prescription. They tried numerous times to reach my doctor who was out of state and put good notes in my file for when I had to speak to someone else. The last pharmacist I spoke to was mindful and considerate with her explanation as to why my script could be filled. Not one person that I’ve spoken to was rude or dismissive.

Nice, clean store, peaceful to shop in.

I develop all of my photos here and have always had a great experience. Not only do the pictures look great, but they are ready quickly. The staff is awesome - very friendly and helpful.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the team in the Photoshop at Walgreens, especially Michaela! I am headed to a memorial service and in hardly any time at all, they helped me create the most amazing poster board in honor of my daughter’s father in law. They also helped me select a few other gifts, and when I went to the cash register, the gal there was so kind and helpful! I will do all my printing here from now on, and will do as much shopping here as possible, too!

I had a mix up with my Rx. from the provider. Jordan was amazing and followed up with me hours later to ensure I received my medication. Very helpful.

I've always had good experiences here, the people are surprisingly helpful and friendly. I got lots of pics printed here, and my gripes lay only with the Walgreens app and how ridiculously slow it runs on my (old) Android phone.

I am a regular customer. This Walgreens is great and the staff are wonderful. All of the Karens that gave this place 1* because they are from Gig Harbor and can’t get over themselves.

Not sure why this Walgreens has such a bad rating 😭 I had a 10/10 experience with the pharmacy here. Pharmacy closes at 8pm, & I arrived at 7:30pm to get a refill for a prescription. The order hadn’t gone through in the system, but the pharmacist was able to look in my prescription history and saw I had 1 refill remaining so she refilled it immediately. Only waited 5 minutes for it to be ready. Awesome and speedy customer service, and the pharmacist was super kind & helped to make sure I got the best price. This Walgreens is also massive, super clean, and right next to a Costco. What more could you want? Would highly recommend refilling your prescriptions here.

I am really happy with this local walgreens here in Gig Harbor.
Although they are understaffed and super busy, the pharmacy and front end store staff are always kind and respectful. When you are in need of immediate medication like antibiotics or life saving medication, they are sure to do their best. Please remember to be patient and kind in return as this can be such a busy place. Keep up the great customer service.

I appreciate the help from the FedEx workers at the counter! They made it easy to drop off quickly!

We stopped by from a long drive coming from Kent.. to buy some stuff and Sales Rep from the Beauty section a Sweet helpful lady by the name of Melissa helped us ..Thanks Melissa..A must come back ..AWESOME customer service

I was there today and there was a nice, new young man that helped me navigate my Apple Pay as it was the 2nd time I had used it and I have no skills. He was so kind and helpful and patient. His customer service skills are above board. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff while on the store. When I got to my car I was locked out. As I was calling AAA my car flashed and beeped - they found my keys that I had dropped unbeknownst! Thank you!

A lot of the reviews for this place scream Karen to me so I don't know if I'd trust them too much. Issues I've read about are present in pretty much any healthcare place of business.
