I came to see if I could return some shoes I bought two months ago expecting to be “disappointed”… BUT, not only did they let me return them when I asked if they had flip flops in yet the manager said no but they have a box left from last summer I could look through ad I found some very comfortable ones that work work for my very difficult feet! Thank you SO much to Savannah and the manager for excellent customer service! So glad I stopped here!♥

I stopped in at Big 5 Sporting goods this afternoon for a frisbee to bring on our family camping trip and the mission was a success. The store was clean and well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a difficult time finding the entrance, it is on the backside of the store.

Can't say enough good things about the staff. They were extremely helpful buy understanding our purchase needs, giving us options, and then letting us decide what was the best fit; Not Pushy. They also offer 10% Military Discount.

I love Big5. I recently bought a pair of really nice Lugz boots for only $20. Ya can't beat that anywhere.

This is the best big 5 I have ever been too. There was always someone available and if there was not anyone someone made themselves available to help. Great customer service. Easy to talk to employees. Always solve the problem if there is one. I have been going to this one since it was in Up town Gig Harbor all those years ago and it is still the only one that I will go to period. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

I love that I can come here and find unexpected gift ideas. At Christmas I was short on time. Stopping here i was able to cross off gifts for a 12 yr old boy, 50 yr old man and an 80 yr old woman in one stop. They LOVED their gifts. Love this store.

Hey! Get your hunting and fishing licenses here and the bingo books for all your catches, very helpful staff help you pick out the right rifle for you and all the camping gear to go with it. Love this place.

Super helpful and incredible staff. We stopped in real fast to get some things before an outdoor sporting session, and they were very nice and helped us get what we needed.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Don't ever hesitate to ask questions if you need assistance. They are more than willing and capable.

Really cool workers who are helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff that they're selling. 10/10 would go there again just to hear them explain something to me.

Only place in the harbor that has snow clothes for kiddos this time of year. A lot of good bathing suits will do at Target...when your kid wants to play in the snow.

Great store but they need more floor space, it always feels so crammed in there.

My sunglasses had melted the rubber part of the nose area when I left them in my car during the heat wave and Big 5 had sunglasses I did not have to spend a lot on
