I recently visited a furniture store in search of an office chair and was fortunate enough to find one that caught my eye. During my visit, I was assisted by a young man named Tyler. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, demonstrating an impressive level of product knowledge. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. In my opinion, Tyler's exceptional customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I want to acknowledge the extraordinary service I received at this store. I've visited other stores, such as Office Max, but the level of service here was truly exceptional and deserves recognition.

During the checkout process, Adrian displayed exceptional patience and delivered service that was not only friendly, but also kind.

I love this store; I had my printing done there and the tips and advice they gave me helped in my printing process greatly. I got to know the store so can now quickly find most items I need. The people are helpful when I ask for an item I don't know where to find it. Never had a bad experience there and would recommend this store to Gig Harbor residence.

We had the best experience at the photo center and would highly recommend based on the level of customer care we received. Scotty went above and beyond for our small print project. Scotty asked us questions and gave us choices of different types of papers to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We had picked a paper that unfortunately was discovered to not be in stock and Scotty brought in her Manager, Amanda, who was very helpful and offered us a discount for the inconvenience of not having what we wanted / needed.

Our project was done in the exact timeframe we were hoping for and Scotty was both professional and friendly; the perfect combination!

I went to the office depot in gig Harbor to purchase an office chair. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the chairs. Explain the pricing and functions of the chair. We purchased the chair late morning and were told it would be ready the next day. Instead, it was ready the same day and we were able to pick it up in the afternoon. Rachel was very helpful with our purchase transaction.

I have been doing business at this Office Depot Store for decades now and I have to strongly recommend them to anyone searching for office products and great customer service. Especially their print department! I have had numerous times when I have had short notice for a print job and they have come through every single time over 20 years and did not make me feel bad for the urgent request. Their store manager is great at greeting anyone she sees and they are always asking customers if they can help them find anything. The moment I stepped into the door of this Office Depot, Scotty was there with a friendly greeting and help. I was led to reams of paper I needed, & when the pointless handles on the box broke while trying to haul it into me cart, Scotty ran over & put a new one in my cart…AS WELL AS took both boxes out to my car. How AWESOME of service!!

Normally I would not have given a 10 score for this trip to Office Depot. However, the salesperson was thoughtful and interested in the project I needed to deal with and asked questions and also answered most of my own questions. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the product(s) and I appreciated his input.

Even with the short-staff, the printing department was helpful and took their time to look up and print exactly what I needed.

This store has great customer service, knowledge of the products. it’s clean, bright, and inviting. I love it selection of products from pens to furniture. I go there for copying, supplies, and to see what else fun stuff they have out there while strolling through the isle’s. 💕
