BMW Northwest (Dave Quinn) detailing service - I am very pleased with my car detailing service that was done today. Dave met me for my appointment and provided a phone call when was car was done. Very courteous, professional and a joy to work with. The detailers did a phenomenal job inside and out. I recommend BMW Northwest detailing services. A Christmas holiday detail offer for Christmas was a great gift to me and my car.

I have always had a great experience when working with this dealership and todays experience was exceptional. We didn’t intend to buy but we walked out with a smile and a new car for us. I went to BMW Northwest to get an estimate on my vehicle and met with the salesperson, Justin Goldstrom. Not being absolutely sure about wanting to sell my car, I was interested in driving a GT XDrive. After driving it, I decided to purchase it and trade in my vehicle. Justin was helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel confident with my decision. Richard has been amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience at BMW Northwest. Richard represents BMW Northwest with class and integrity always being friendly and informative. Richard always picks up the phone when I call and if he is away promptly returns my call to answer any questions I have. Our car was damaged and Richard worked with or insurance company to make sure our car was repaired correctly. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work. We are planning to upgrade our BMW this spring and Richard will be the first person I call for guidance.

Adrian was my service rep and was outstanding. We came in with a warning light the same day we were supposed to leave for a trip east and once BMW realized they could not complete the vehicle that same day (they made every attempt) Adrian bent over backwards to get us into a rental so we could stay on schedule for our trip. This kind of service hard to find at most dealers and non existent at an Indy shop. Thanks again to the team at BMW NW

Brandon and the rest of the service team is the epitome of top tier. I was astonished by how fast they had got my car into their department and team. The facility just feels so welcoming not overwhelming and the guest wait area is best I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t sure if I was at a dealership or Starbucks I had to FaceTime my wife and say I don’t want to leave 😅. I went other places before them and was told days and weeks of wait they got me in within 48 hours. I was blown away completely by their process of care for my car. Never was I told any lies or mislead of discourage that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my speedster. Brandon was in constant contact with me at a perfect amount to where my family should take notes. The diagnostic video was so detailed and clear it’s made me want to change up how I do my own estimates as a contractor because of how clear and very simple to understand complexity of my car that a normal car person wouldn’t but did it in a way of a perfect step by step guide that anyone can follow it which was the biggest impact of my experience. 100/10 and I’m a hard judge this was phenomenal and I don’t usually do reviews but if this gets to the eyes of others that were in my position treat yourself to the luxury and pampering of the bmw service department I promise u no one is perfect but they left a perfect impression with me.

First time here, got some work done on my M3. Loved my advisor David, and they even included my car washed and vacuumed, never had that before. Also they have the best waiting room I’ve ever been in for a dealership, stocked snacks, drinks, coffee, clean bathroom, with a mini BMW collectors area.

Rich did a great job! He was quick in attending to our needs. We didn’t know the policy about reserving for a loaner ahead of time but he was able to maneuver so that we can be provided a car to do our routine responsibilities while our car was being worked on for several days. Check out was also efficient and thanks for the dark chocolate - added a little sweetness as we left the lot. Thank you all!

Amazing sales team! Trevor is awesome, honest and professional, helping make the car buying experience with BMW a truly stress-free, trustworthy and enjoyable one. Kenny is a pro when it came to the paperwork - no hidden surprises, and was transparent and thorough in making sure everything was clear and presented perfectly. I left the lot a satisfied and happy customer, treated like a VIP every step of the way. These guys make car sales a win-win for all involved, and I will definitely go to them first for my next vehicle purchase.

I recently purchased a 2024 X5 and had ceramic coating, wrap protection and tinted windows added. Excellent service and professional employees. BMW NA have been very responsive to questions and have to-date been excellent about follow up. I really appreciate their attentiveness. They made me feel like they really cared about my needs. I’d recommend this dealership to others.

I had an amazing experience. I was able to get the car I wanted at a price that worked for me and everyone was extremely nice and helpful through the process. I just want to say that the few times that I have been here, the staff has always been exceptional! The other day I called inquiring about a pre-owned vehicle, and I was greeted on the phone by Trevor. I quickly scheduled an appointment to see the car for the following day. When I got there, not only Trevor, but the entire staff that was working in that particular building, was very friendly and nice. Furthermore, I did end up buying the vehicle that I was looking at and Trevor was amazing to work with. As a first time car buyer (from a dealership) I was nervous going in and scared of potentially being pressured in to buying something I did not want. Thankfully that was not the case! Everyone was very informative and knowledgeable when it came to letting me know things and helping me understand everything. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Trevor once again and everyone that was included.

BMW Northwest made the process incredibly easy. Tony my salesmen was prepared and ensured the car was ready. Chris in finance was extremely efficient. I was in and out in probably 45 minutes. Best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had thanks to a professional, polite and intelligent sales associate, Arthur Kim! Arthur reached out regarding a BMW B6 I had inquired about and we were able to quickly move through the process due to his comprehensive responses and professional approach handling my business. The rest of the team there, including Marc, were also responsive and highly engaged, without creating undue stress and pressure. Ultimately, I did not move forward with the purchase due to unrelated reasons but I was positively impressed with the dealership and their professionalism across the board. As a sign of my confidence in their ability to handle my business, I am looking forward to finding a reason (a collectible like that B6) to do business with them sooner than later.

I bought a brand new car back in May of 2023 and had amazing service by the sales advisor. Unfortunately my car got a check engine light so I called the dealer to schedule an appointment in with warranty, they scheduled me in within 2 days and once I brought the car in had instant service, gave me a loaner car and answered all my questions. Luke from service ended up sending me a video of my entire inspection and a video explaining why my check engine light was on and replaced the part right away, changed my oil and even washed my car. I had my car back not even 24 hours later! AMAZING Customer service!

As a woman I can’t help but think I’m going to be scammed by a mechanic. Not the case here. My advisor Brandon and the entire BMW northwest team of Tacoma/ Fife took great care of me and my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was late to my appointment due to traffic and every staff was so very accommodating and were STILL able to get my car serviced and looked over.
