Great selection of Sketchers, Nike, casual to formal. Found exactly what I was looking for, an all black shoe for work, slip on. Also very cute and reasonably priced jewelry, scarves, & backpacks.

We love to go for shoes here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We always walk out with at least 2-3 pairs of shoes! Hubby gets work shoes and I get sandals or tennis shoes. They carry my favorite Blowfish brand! Love this store!

This store has always provided excellent customer service. I have shopped here for many years and it is by far my favorite shoe store. They don't always have the style or size I want, but re always willing to order them, and I wouldn't trade the customer service for all the shoes in the world.

Store in Gig Harbor did not have the size needed in stock. Computer showed Tacoma had 2 pair. Called Tacoma, spoke with Amber (the manager) she went and found them. Put them up front with my name on them. Was able to pick them up on my way to work. Great customer service.

The staff is always so helpful, and they do whatever they can to help you find what you're looking for quickly and easily. I prefer looking for shoes at Famous Footwear than anywhere else because of the service quality, and the quality of the shoes.

Wow! My mother in law was looking for a specific sandle and we couldn’t find it on the racks. Andrea knew exactly what we were looking for and found it in the storage closet. The young lady at the check stand was also very friendly and gave her an unexpected discount. Kudos for terrific customer service.
