Lexus of Tacoma at Fife

I have no idea how Joe pulled this deal off. Long story short, I purchased a black Lexus NX 450h+ 2 weeks ago. I had a hard time finding any 450h+ in the area. Was looking for white version. One was delivered and I asked Joe if I could trade vehicles, thinking no way, but never hurts to ask. Joe was able to put me into the white car with very little difference in payment and term. Beautiful car, very happy and appreciative to Joe for going the extra mile to get me into a car I was looking for.

Jayne, the technology specialist was very helpful in explaining every feature of my vehicle and how to configure the infotainment settings and vehicle settings in a way that works best for me. Kenneth Johnson in the service department was also very knowledge and honest about what services are needed depending on the vehicle that you drive. They give you the experience that you expect when visiting a Lexus dealership.

I had such a great time buying my first car at this dealership. I was so nervous and hesitant about this big purchase. I did my research but still i was not sure about what would fit best with my lifestyle. My dealer Phil was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about all the cars/ model etc. he genuinely wanted to help me find the right car and not just whatever has the higher price tag.
I was there the entire afternoon and never once felt pressured to make my decision nor buy something. They let me test drive all the vehicle. Showing me how to use all the features and explaining them to great length.
The after sale customer service is also awesome. He scheduled all the maintenance appointments for me and set reminder too.

Have been a patron of Lexus of Tacoma for over 10 years. Their friendly Service Department staff does a nice job communicating and sending reminders for service. Currently remodeling but guest waiting area still offers great snacks/beverages for you while you wait. They are also good about getting you into a loaner if the service repairs are projected to take long. Free car wash included with service. Tacoma of Lexus does a fantastic job of assuring customer satisfaction.

My husband and I went to Lexus of Tacoma at Fife to look at and test drive a car. We had been looking at prices and availability at several Lexus dealers in the PNW, and we didn't plan to buy a car that day. But Joe Belshaw was so pleasant to work with--low key, humorous, not overbearing, and willing to work with us on price--that we ended up buying the car. Jayne Park, who helped us set up the car's IT system, was also gracious. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience, and we are happy with our purchase. Highly recommend the dealership and the people.

Matthew Romero was awesome! He was super thorough and focused on doing what was best, and to top it off, when transferring to the loaner car and back to my car after getting my car serviced, he helped me move my car seats and that meant a lot since I had my 2 year old toddler with me. Matt went above and beyond in the customer service portion and couldn't appreciate it more.

Kenny took very good care of me….reminded me that it might be the time for new windshield wipers. I’m so happy he did! It was raining when I left the dealership…what a difference they made!! He also gave me info regarding new tires in the Fall when they have a sale…. I love O’Briens dealership! They are wonderful!

I took my car in to get a routine oil change and was really happy with their service. They did all of the requested services along with the recommended 80,000 mile service. All services were complete and even more surprising they did not suggest or add any other services that were not needed in order to scam me as a customer. As a matter of fact my copy of the receipt showed all mechanics of my car were in great shape. I would definetly recommend their service to anyone. Great Job Lexus Of Fife!!!!!!!

Ed Lee, who processed me in for service, displayed excellent knowledge of my vehicle and diagnosed the problem immediately. He made an appropriate suggestion on another service that was not required but would save me money in the long run if I had to have it done later. The service was quick. A loaner vehicle was provided with sufficient fuel to get me to work the next morning and back to pick up my vehicle once the maintenance was completed. Happy customer.

I had a very good experience with Lexus of Tacoma. I tried to buy from Lexus of Bellevue and Lexus of Seattle, but they wanted me to buy dealer-installed extras and would not sell me a vehicle without them. Lexus of Tacoma sales staff Don and Will advised me rather than upsold me and I am very happy with my new vehicle. Griffen helped us to learn how to use our complex new car when we picked it up. My only negative experience was with the “finance” person. She gave me the hard sell on glass protection, paint protection, extended warranty, etc. She used small “sales technique” phrases designed to attempt make me doubt myself, including telling me that I was a “wild man” because I didn’t want to protect my car with extra items. I am so *not* that. So as long as you steer clear of that nonsense you’ll be ok. I have not used them for service yet.
