I went in to pick up a pre-ordered boutonnière for my daughter’s prom and spontaneously requested a cut flower bouquet for her as well. Not only did they agree to pull something together on the spot for me when they were so busy but it was absolutely stunning and well priced. Truly appreciated the attention on prom day. Really special service and quality at fantastic prices.

The flowers came out beautiful! The only issue was trying to order them online. The web site would not respond at times . I reached out by text and email and was then assisted in completing my order. I only use Rafael florist for my flower orders. Best in Marin!!!!!!

I had ordered my mother a flower arrangement as I'm across the country and it was her birthday. Its hard to deliver things to my mom because of her living arrangement, but the person was very communicative and patient with the delivery. I had made a mistake on the order with the phone number. I texted the number on their site and even though it was near closing time they immediately responded and helped me fix the order.

The quality of the flowers was amazing, and they added a few bulbs so that they would bloom within a day or two, really extending the longevity of the arrangement. So thoughtful!

I'm living in Scotland and I contacted a number of florists from the San Rafael area after hearing of the passing of my aunt, my mother's eldest sister. Only Rafael Florist replied and were able to briefly help me order some beautiful flowers and deliver them the same day to my cousins. Being 8 hours ahead and not being able to call them directly, the use of social media and email by means of communication was a great help.

Not only was the floral arrangement absolutely stunning, but the communication from the owners was top notch. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work, and chose the 9:30-4:00 delivery window. Then found out my wife was getting off at 2:30 that day!

With less than 48 hours notice, I reached out, and they assured me they would get them there by 2. They arrived at noon!

So happy with my experience here and I highly recommend them.
