Can't say too many bad things about this store... Good clothes for a good price, and they seemed genuinely surprised when I end up spending a couple hundred dollars. (Oh yeah there you go that's your negative, they profile people, and because I'm young sag My pants and walk around with a backpack on they always follow me around & look at me like I stole something.) It's really irritating amd degrading, but such is the current state of affairs in SF

The highlight of my experience was the exceptional customer service. The staff took the time to understand my preferences and offered valuable suggestions, ensuring I left the store with items that perfectly matched my style. Overall, my shopping experience at H&M was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking fashionable and reasonably priced clothing options. I came back the next day Julian even remembered my name and helped me and other customers.

I visited this H&M store yesterday and they have a great variety of options to choose from. I especially loved their collection for jackets and hoodies and shorts. The items on sale were also amazing and had a decent number of options. Although, most of them were XL or XXL sizes. The store employees were very sweet and jovial.

The staff at this location are amazing! We visited for my mom's birthday yesterday, and one of the sales associates - Eugene - really made the trip special. He helped carry the huge pile of clothes we tried on and even showed her how to find her birthday discount in her app. Thanks for making her feel so special! Definitely recommend checking out this location

I love H&M in San Francisco. Everytime I was in the city I had to stop there. They have the best selections compared with other H&M's and their sales are awesome. You can save a lot.

It's affordable and that is rare these days.. if I need a black my chair for less than 20 bucks that's where I go. if i need a belt in a quickie cuz I left mine at home that's where I go.

Once again, H&M never let's me down! I've been to this one couple times and always have a great customer service! I love how they help you find the right outfit and always show you to the new things. I always leave H&M very happy and excited to wear my new outfits. Thank you H&M for this great service!

Nice a clean with a big variety of clothes friendly staff and good prices

I like this H&M location. It's clean, pretty organized. It's smaller than the one up the street but, great selection. It's easier to locate what you need since it's separated by item not color/style like the other.

The service at this location is good and they keep the atmosphere neat and clean which is always a plus when your shopping. The prices are always reasonable and the clothes are the latest for every season.

It was good to come back to an in-person retail experience. Many choices in styles and colors with a degree of affordability.

Excellent sales and deals on clothes and buys and best place to shop on looking for stuff for your girlfriend leather skirts and leggings and much other great clothing for men to on dress clothes to.

good clothes and this location isn't shopped as much as the other location so you can find what you usually want especially when they're having the sales.

I have loved H&m for decades I remember when they were in San Francisco Illinois East Coast and I would fly to Boston to shop there

My favorite place to shop for my and my kids. Nice and clean store good price.
