I got the phone I wanted! Great customer service from the team. I walked in the store wanting the regular S23, I had no trade in so I knew it would most likely cost me a pretty penny. Fortunately, after discussing my options with the associate, I ended up going with the S23 FE. More affordable and similar features. Quick and easy!

P.S.   I appreciated the T-Chart he wrote out for me. Made it easy to understand the value I was getting.

The best t mobile out in Marin county , super wide space. There inventory is always filled, but not only is the environment clean and has seating , The T-Mobile team here is quite amazing. Jeremiah , Chris, two other gentlemen don’t recall names are absolutely super helpful and bring real great customer service with the energy they bring to store ! Doing all the can to help out the customers with there needs / wants !

I can’t stress enough what an amazing experience I had upgrading my phone here today. I was in and out in less than a half hour with a new phone and a smile. The customer service and attitude of the staff were amazing! Michael was so friendly and helpful. I had the most horrific experience at the T-mobile store in the Town Center on Monday that I went without a phone for 3 days because I couldn’t deal with having a repeat of the hour and a half wait for nothing. They didn’t even have Iphones (11,12 & 13) in stock, which would have been nice to know when they take your name for the queue and ask what you need. Everything that was a problem in Corte Madeira was no problem in San Rafael. If you need T-mobile service I would go here for sure!

We worked with Damaris who was outstanding! I visited with my mom who is older and required a lot of help. We had initially gone to Verizon who were awful. Damaris was wonderful! Found us an incredible deal, set up everything and all with a smile. She’s fantastic!

My wife and I were helped by Juan and he was fantastic. He answered all our questions, helped us save money, and solved all our issues quickly. Also just a really nice guy. Would definitely recommend this place—ask for Juan.

Walter was one of the best t mobile reps I’ve ever dealt with. His customer service was stellar and he was able to solve all of my issues which were complex. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with t mobile issues. This guy is a genius and has lots of patience and customer care. Thanks Walter

Luis is a life saver!!!!!!! Had the worst weekend of tech nightmarish experience at Verizon, dealing with my phone suddenly not working. After spending 5 hours at the Verizon store with no solutions to my issue, I left furious and decided to change service. I went straight to T-Mobile, waited in the holiday line and was pleasantly surprised by the expertise, customer service and problem solving capabilities of Luis. I watched other customers being rude with the wait but both employees kept calm and reassured them they were working as fast and hard as they could. Luis worked some magic, and placed a speedy order for the newest iPhone which arrived an entire month before Verizon told me they could get it out to me. Thanks T-Mobile!! So far I am so pleased with my local store and service!!!!

This location and associate, Sebastian, took care of our extended family (7 lines) through the Sprint to T-Mobile migration. He was very thorough merging our Military plan to our new account and went out of his way to make sure all the lines were taken care of.

I went in on a pretty busy day & unfortunately there was only one associate working the front as the other associate took quite the extended lunch. Customers were getting angry and associate Geovani handled it quite well. He kept asking the other associate to come out and the associate refused and Geovani still kept his patience. Later on he ended up helping my mother & I and his service was outstanding! He was friendly, patience & understanding while also maintaining the angry customer line.

Juan C gave us the best service buying new phones. He was courteous, helpful, patient and friendly. I also noticed his co workers were professional as well. Great experience.

I don't understand how this Sprint store can get 1 star ratings. I have been to other Sprint locations (Novato) and have had the worst experience. That store made my account a complete disaster and every single employee there tells me something different.

I decided one day to try a different location (San Rafael) and had the greatest experience. Payman has helped me on various occasions. Every single time I walk in the store he takes his time, fixes whatever I need, and offers suggestions that I can truly trust. I never second guess that he has my best interest in mind. Just last weekend he stayed with me for hours to help me with my account and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving.

Payman and the rest of the employees at Sprint Montecito Plaza have been wonderful and I can't tell them how grateful I am for their hard work in fixing my account. I highly recommend this store over all others and can honestly say they are the reason I am still a Sprint customer.

The representative was cordial, clear and effective at solving my problem. I'm glad T-Mobile is hiring good people.

Payman has help me on many occasions as has the other techs. My experience has always been excellent as they are patient and extremely knowledgeable as they take the time to explain things in a manner that even an average person like me can understand.

Located at Monticito Shopping Center next to Trader Joe's. Excellent service. Friendly and polite. Happy with my new Samsung Galaxy 9.
