This place is a hidden gem! Friendliest super knowledgeable couple runs it and will help you find that impossible to get item you’ve been searching for. So many fun things to try, with delicious ready to go lunch and snack items made fresh daily.

Such a cute store with all the Asian cooking essentials ranging from Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese. They even have Asian food like egg custard tart, dim sum, bao, mango sticky rice and sesame balls. The woman who owns the shop is also super helpful and enthusiastic!

a reallllly excellent selection of asian groceries from all sorts of different countries and cuisines, not just east asia! also more hard to find produce and meats and really great prices. the owner and her husband have deep connections and experience in food service and have great ideas for recipes and such just off the top off their head-- super kind and personable people too! every wednesday I think they have prepared bento box style meals you can get up front too.

Our local go-to-Asian-Market. Expect greetings from the friendly family who owns this special place. They have a free parking lot, with a great location. This is a small store with a decent variety of fresh veg's, fruit, meat & fish, and what you need for kitchen staples with reasonable pricing. We're regulars for 2 yrs, and happy with this quaint market, and finding anything comparable isn't easy in Marin. :)

This place is next to Whole Foods. Small store with a quite large selection. I found things that I couldn't find at 99 Ranch which is 20 times larger. Fresh noodles, chilis, so many sauces and spices! If you don't see what you want, just ask they had almost everything on my list.

I love this place! This is a small family owned business with lots of variety and quality products. I can indulge in fresh yummy foods as well like, Ban Mi sandwich, fresh rice noodles, shrimp dim sum, & other lunch foods. I love their produce, sauces, and coconut rice cookies. The fresh roasted garlic peanuts are delicious!

I shop here all the time. Having lived in South and Southeast Asia for 8 years, I can confirm that this little store has an unbelievably comprehensive selection of Asian condiments from every Asian cuisine imaginable. Stuff you won't find anywhere else. At least not north of the Golden Gate. And all at good prices.

They've also got a good selection of Chinese herbal remedies, and a small but good quality produce & protein section.

Get stuff here at 30% less than at nearby Whole Foods.

I really enjoy visiting the Asian Market on Mary Street in San Rafael, right across from Whole Foods. They always have whatever I need when I am cooking Asian specialties, like Singapore noodles. The owners are wonderful and helpful in guiding me to their stock, and the prices are very reasonable.

Nice store with variety of options. It’s not a huge market but still convenient and the only one I know of in Marin.

Wonderful place to get all kinds of Asian foods and drinks that are hard to get. Highly recommend, especially if you get there early enough there is some fresh food delivered everyday!

A great little Asian market, and my go-to spot in Marin. It may not have the scale of 99 Ranch, but they have a wide and reliable selection, particularly with sauces and noodles, both dried and fresh. There is always a good selection of prepared food at the register, including bao, zongzi, banh mi, sticky rice, and more. The owners are very friendly and helpful as well.

Super nice owners. They take EBT food stamps. They have fresh food by the checkout, the veggie wraps are so good! Excellent supply of Indian food, spices, jars of curry.

This market is AMAZING! They have everything you could possibly want for cooking asian-based cuisine. Clean and well organized with a very helpful staff. Plenty of parking made my quick trip for a green curry extravaganza a breeze! Will definitely shop their again.

Great small local business for finding Asian ingredients in Marin without trekking to SF or Richmond. Owners are kind and helpful, happy to order anything you need but can't find.

I'm actually pretty amazed that this place has so much stuff for how small it is. I was able to find most of what I needed for any of my Japanese recipes. The store owners were also very attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be coming here again.

Super helpful staff, always have fresh noodles dumplings, and sometimes specialty items at the front. It looks a little cluttered, but there is a method to the madness. They also have a fresh produce display where they have thai basil, chinese broccoli, bok choy, etc
