Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure what all the 1 stars are about for this location. JM2C; the experience I had here is the identical to every other chipotle I’ve ever visited. Gonna chalk it up to the catty nature of Marin housewives / the entitled ‘middle class millionaire’ demographic that calls this area home. Cheers!

Probably one of the best chipotles I’ve ever been too. Very polite, attentive, and humble staff. The restaurant was clean, the energy was contagious. Highly recommend!

Great place, the staff has a great attitude and keeps the lines clean and looking good.
The patio closes early on cold days but that is normal (they are like 15-20 feet from the canal water. Aurora did excellent helping me get my order fast. The guy working the line (didn't ask for his name since he was busy but always friendly) did as good as Aurora. I went there around 7:30 so there was plenty of parking space but be aware of the shortage of parking spaces before 4-5pm.

We were having issues with our online order. My co-worker and I walked in with 18 lunch orders. I had called in advance to let them know we were coming with 18 individual orders. They teamed up, delegated responsibilities, while keeping the normal flow of orders running smoothly. I wish I would have gotten all their names because the customer service was top notch! Thank you for being patient and extremely fast with our orders. We were in and out under 15 minutes. Thanks Ladies!

Perfect place to grab a bite and go,
Got there just before lunch hour rush, and enjoy our birria burrito bowl. The service was great and efficient.

Chipotle quality and the amount of food they serve has dropped badly it's one of the these days that they will close it down.

That was my first visit to a Chipotle restaurant. They were so very nice and understanding. The food is delicious. The dining room very clean.

Great portion sizes. Wasn't too crowded. Staff was friendly. Wasn't too cold or hot inside. Soda bar was clean, restroom was clean.

I love that their food doesn't contain GMOs
