Recently, a friend called me from another state, asking me to help her have a bouquet made that day for her parents' 60th wedding anniversary.

I went to Marin Florist and looked at the flowers available that day... sending my friend some photos of a bouquet the owner had just made, and of some of the flowers on-hand for making the perfect piece for her parents...

The owner was patient with my questions and requests, and he helped with suggestions based on my friend's color palette, budget, and preferences.

Despite it being a very busy day for him, the owner produced the perfect arrangement, with which my friend and her parents were delighted in ONLY ONE HOUR!

I will definitely visit Marin Flowers again and recommend it to friends and family.

Marin flowers & gifts is amazing. The owner is incredibly helpful and kind. They have a great selection of flowers and he helped me pick out a handful of fragrant gardenias, giving me directions for their care. One week later, they still smell great in my living room. They also carry greeting cards and small gifts for your bouquet.

Such a wonderful experience with Saeid from Marin Flowers! I placed an order for same-day delivery first thing in the morning, and Saeid called me almost immediately to let me know about an issue with the availability of certain flowers in the bouquet I chose. He gave me other beautiful options to choose from, and got it sorted in just a couple minutes. He sent me multiple photos of the bouquet when it was ready, and also sent me a photo of the delivered flowers. He was so communicative and courteous. I was very impressed by this level of service. I would give 6 stars if possible. I had ordered leis for my Aunts 60th birthday from a place in Hawaii and for whatever reason they called and cancelled the order on the day of my aunts birthday. I usually use another florist in San Rafael but decided to try Marin Flowers. My aunt was supposed to be in Hawaii for her birthday, and of course was not able to go on that trip. I called and they were able to do a Hawaiian themed arrangement and deliver same day! It was absolutely GORGEOUS! I was sent pictures of arrangement and when it was delivered. My aunt called me immediately overblown on how nice the delivery lady was and at the sheer beauty of these flowers. They also included a 60th birthday card. It really made the day special. I could not be more thankful and I will be getting all of my floral needs from Marin Flowers. Thank you again!

Of course I was late (Feb 11th) ordering Valentine roses for my sweetheart...

Nonetheless, I used Marin's easy-to-use online system, which both took my order and answered my questions. It's a good, simple system.

With endless deliveries to complete, the delivery driver voice called me, unable to get into the gated residential area to fulfill the delivery. There was no one around to leave the roses with.

Details aside, suffice it to say that Marin Flowers communicated with us quickly, patiently, politely, and very effectively to make sure my hardworking girl's fresh red roses were delivered as-planned and without any delay or any hassle.

We live out of state; but, needed to get some flowers to a loved one in San Rafael. Marin Flowers exceeded our expectations, for sure! From ordering over the phone to receiving a picture via text of the stunning (sunflower! 🌻) bouquet we were very happy with how Marin Flowers does business, and, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again ~

I called Marin Flowers close to their closing time and explained the need to for an orchid lei for my friend’s mother who was dying and wanted a lei. They told me to come down, they stayed open past closing until I could arrive, and made the most beautiful lei for her with really only 20 min notice. I am so grateful for them! Will only do business here from now on!

What a wonderful experience, from start to finish. I placed my order over the phone. The shop owner, Saeid, was so friendly and paid close attention to detail. The flower arrangement was amazing. My girlfriend in San Anselmo loved everything and showed them to me on FaceTime. I live in Seattle and it meant a lot that Marin Flowers came through--big time. Covid-19 has presented challenges for people in a long distance relationship. Lovely flowers delivered with great customer service made both of us feel good.

I came here on January and the owner was really kind! There was a lot of things I liked in that place and there was teddy bears and cool stuff. I bought a small teddy bear that had little roses on it. The owner let me get lollipops! I really like this place.
