Jim was awesome and the service was fast and easy! Got my expired registration paid for, including a ticket that I had gotten last year. Took a few short minutes and had a great chat while we were getting it all taken care of. So, so much faster than the DMV would have been and just minutes from my home.

I will never go back to the DMV for basic services again. These folks made registering my out-of-state, exotic, modified vehicle easy as pie. And they did it the same day I called. Sure, you pay a little extra. They're a business. But it's so worth it to avoid the lines and the attitude.

I needed my vehicle registration tags and had renewed online with the DMV. After 11 weeks the tags still had not arrived in the mail. I called Jim at CARS to see if he could help me out. Jim was wonderful. Completely kind and professional. It took less than 5 minutes to have my renewed tags in hand. I will be going to Jim every year from now on for vehicle registration. Cannot recommend enough!!

Jim is lovely, very kind and accommodating. He can't do absolutely everything that the DMV can, but for the DMV services that he is able to do, it's well worth using his service to save yourself the headache of the DMV. Not to mention that in the time of COVID-19, the California DMVs are all closed to anyone who doesn't already have an appointment (and they're not making new appointments, try to wrap your head around that Gordian knot if you dare), and Jim is still open. C.A.R.S. is a lifesaver.

I had bought a out of state car. It HD to be Vin verified, and then title transfer and registered in California. The wait times in dmv was insane like 190 mins waiting. Found this place online. Jim was the best guy. He did everything in 30 mins, got me my California license plate, tags and there was no line. Little extra money for less effort has never hurt anyone.

Jim took great care of me transferring an out of state registration to California. In and out in no time despite a DMV computer glitch. Will always use Jim when I can in the future for registration needs.
