I've been with State Farm for over 45 years! And Lisa-Elkins-Reuter for most of those years. The service, the follow-thu, has always been excellent. Her assistant, Vanessa Harris, has been additional plus.. alway responding when in need or reminding me of a miss payment. Many Thanks to both Lisa and Vanessa!

Alexia was amazing as usual. I would recommend State Farm to anyone. I have never had a problem and if I did they find away to take care of it. State Farm employees are so friendly and I would recommend them 100%.and that is a plus in my book

My experience with Vanessa Harris was wonderful.
Unlike other agents it was easy and fun to talk to her, plus she had a sense of humor which I appreciated.
She answered all my questions with a great attitude.
At the end I was able to get a good rate for my auto & renters insurance.

Alexa was very patient and kind. She was having computer problems and called me back quickly and we got my issue resolved. She was a dream to work with! And she followed up on this matter and reminded me I forgot to do something. Just awesome service!!!

I’m sorry it took me this long to get back and give you this critique on my experience with Beatrice. Beatrice is an old school name. It reminds you of a time when people were polite, enthusiastic about their jobs and had a heart to help others! The young lady that bears this name showed all these qualities plus many more. Courteousness, and the desire to help others through their work is in heavy demand and in short supply. You are blessed to have her working for you! Also her mentor Vanessa awesome as well!!

I've been with Lisa's office for 10+ years. I have had my insurance reviewed by my own company's affiliate as well and State Farm has priced competitively on each policy I hold. Perhaps equally important, Lisa's office gets back to me very quickly on new questions or scenarios. No matter how much choice there seems to be in the insurance field, I've found great value and service with this agency.
