My experience with Maureen Walker as my insurance agent has been nothing short of outstanding. I have been dealing with my father and his cancer diagnosis along with other stresses of this COVID-19 and the last thing I needed was a run in with a raccoon. I had just purchased a brand new Honda and in less than a week I hit a raccoon that destroyed my bumper and did other hidden damage that needed immediate repair. Maureen and her team were incredibly understanding and compassionate when I called sobbing with the news of my accident. Maureen said just the right things to help me feel better about my situation.
