Payton did my hair and she did amazing! After growing out my hair for the past 4 years I was really nervous to cut it, I’m so used to having my hair past my waist. But she did a great job! Love my new hair. The salon is so cute.

Tesha is amazing at what she does!!! The salon itself is very calm and relaxing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with what I need.

Intaglio salon is AMAZING!! If I didn't move out of state I would be coming back there forever. All of the staff and hairstylists have been absolutely wonderful! I recently got my hair cut at a different Aveda salon hoping it would be a good replacement, but I was sadly I was mistaken. I miss getting my haircut by Tesha! She is absolutely amazing at her job and is a super sweet person. I will definitely be scheduling when I'm back in the area.

Jaz has been doing my hair lately at Intaglio and she always does such a great job and really listens to her customers. I highly reccommend her!

I recently moved from Pt. Ruston. I tried out a different Aveda salon and my haircut was the worst I have ever had. My husband of 50+ years kept asking me “what have you done to your hair?” Also, the stylist at the different Aveda salon was running 35 minutes late…so I felt rushed the whole time I was there. I asked for highlights and she said “you don’t need them.” When she applied my root coloring, my scalp burned intensely. I have never had my scalp burn with Aveda products at the Intaglio Salon. Also, the stylist tried to wash out my root coloring at 25 minutes instead of the
40 minutes, which is required for my gray hair. I was timing it and despite the burning of my scalp, I requested that the color stay on the full 40 minutes. The stylist didn’t even offer to style my hair…she just wanted me to leave with wet hair! Also, she wouldn’t take a credit card for her services…only cash or a check. Needless to say, I will never go back to that horrible salon.
I called Tesha at the Intaglio Salon and was able to immediately book an appointment with her to fix my hair. Tesha is outstanding in all areas…haircuts, highlights, root touch ups, etc. Tesha really listens to her clients and doesn’t rush the process of getting the customer’s hair to look right. Tesha made me feel confident and like myself again. It takes me two hours each way (four hours round trip) to drive to the Intaglio Salon in Point Ruston, but it is worth it to have Tesha do my hair. She is absolutely the best!

Tesha is the absolute best. She fixed my color challenges (always too red) and gives a fantastic cut. Plus, she is a great conversationalist -I always look forward to my time in her chair.

I got my eyebrows waxed for the first time and I must say that it’s so much better than threading. Kasey did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. She is super cool. The salon is very neat and smells great.

Very satisfied client, 5+ years. The Intaglio team is the best! From my first life-changing haircut to the present, they consistently exceed my expectations. Excellent customer experience, stylists, colorists. It can be a busy day, yet I know I'll always feel personally welcomed and pampered (aromatherapy! Scalp massage!). Kasey and her team are experienced and professional, they work together with you for your best look. I leave every appointment feeling great, wishing I had someplace special to go to, to show off my Intaglio style.

I didn’t expect to get an appointment but Kasey was able to work me in very last minute! I’d been growing my gray hair out and decided it was time! Tisha did a great job giving me a beautiful youthful cut and style! I’m very happy and love my gray! Thanks girls! This Kansas girl (70) will be back in August when I visit again!

This is a no-nonsense business dedicated to creating a healthy workplace, teamwork, and 'getting it right' for the customer. Bravo to all ... especially to my stylist, Jenna, who really goes above-and-beyond in her work.

Love this place! Always friendly, very professional, stylish and comfortable salon with great people. I've never had a bad cut or style, color is always perfect. Becca is amazing, but others are great too! They really listen and I always end up with exactly what I want, even when I'm not exactly sure what I want! Been coming here for years now and won't go anywhere else!

Chose this salon based on the other reviews and the photos, which don't do it justice. It is a lovely, comfortable yet modern space. Loved the feeling of the building itself, which, let's face it, adds to the experience.

But by far the shining star of this joint is the people. From the store owner and manager, to the stylists who aren't even assigned to you, to the wonderful booking gurus, these babes exude authentic welcoming.

That, for me, is what makes a place worth coming back to.

Well, that and the phenomenal job Shae did on cropping my hair into a pixie ;)

As someone else said, at some point in my long visit, every stylist on deck pitched in to my process, and in the meantime, all of us (stylists and customers) were swapping stories, keeping each other laughing, and even sharing some tears when each other's hair really did turn out *that* great. Everyone in the place was genuinely warm and encouraging. I live for that stuff.

These gals are knocking it out of the park, and I can't think of one good reason to pay more and have less fun getting my hair done in Seattle.

OMG!! So from the moment I walked in, I was happily greeted by the receptionist to the moment I walked out was OUTSTANDING! Each of their staff acknowledged me and greeted me. I started my service on time and Kasey was my stylist. She was friendly and professional. She explained everything she was doing and her findings so that I could better my daily hair routine from inside out! She proceeded to shampoo my hair and used hot towels and aroma therapy. She asked me how I wear my hair and how I move it throughout the day to better my style and blowout. I can't wait to go back!!!

I love getting my lashes done by Esther! She does such a thorough and quality job every time and I always leave feeling so happy with my beautiful, full lashes! Esther is professional, kind and funny and I always enjoy stopping in for my lash appointments with her!

Also, every time I go to the Intaglio Salon for an appointment, I am always am greeted and feel so welcomed. The staff is genuinely so friendly and nice!

Beautiful salon, I was greeted immediately. I had an appointment with Esther to have my lashes done. Not only did She give me beautiful, natural looking lashes, she answered all my questions and made me comfortable. I would recommend the salon and Esther to anyone who desires to be pampered and look amazing. Favorite part is that my lashes look so good, all I need is a little lip gloss and I am good to go!! So it started off my me calling 3 different places to get my hair cut and they all said they have no time, so I called intaglio at 6:45pm and Kasey gladly set me a appointment for 8pm, went in with pretty crappy looking hair and showed her what I wanted and she got so excited and got started on it, I can say for sure that she did a absolutely astonishing job. I've never walked out of a hair salon really even liking what I got done, I walked out of this salon in absolute awe, I love love love my hair cut. It was a drastic change and she did amazing. I recently moved to Washington and needed to find a stylist after 15 years with the same lady back home. I was referred by a friend, and I understand why! Kerstin is amazing! Friendly, talented, and a great conversationalist. The place is clean and welcoming, and my cut came with a shoulder, scalp, and hand massage. Price was good and my hair looks and feels great. I've definitely found my new salon.

I received sugaring and lash services from Esther and I cannot begin to say how professional and great she is! She continuously tries to improve her methods and products. Each time I come in she asks how my lashes did and genuinely cares and asks if there is anything can be improved upon. It is exciting when she introduces a new product of lashes to me because it shows her passion for the industry! I have had lash extensions for over 10 years in three different states and Esther is one of the best I have come across. I would highly recommend visiting Esther for lashes. I had my brows sugared for the first time by her and it was such a relaxing experience! I will never wax again after visiting Esther.

The staff at Intaglio Salon are incredibly friendly and talented. The owner squeezed me in on a Friday night and took my hair from bleached out to a gorgeous brown/blonde. The staff made me feel special, comfortable and at home. I live in the Portland area and am now making Intaglio my salon! It's definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive. My wife and I decided at 4 1/2 years old, our daughter was needing a trim for those split ends. Kacey was just amazing at keeping our daughter's attention, and making it fun for her.

In the end, the price was great and so was the entire experience. Thank you Kacey for being you and making a girl's first haircut a truly positive experience.
