Jerren has always taken care of us when we shop here , he was one of the first to welcome us to the neighborhood last year! We have bought a few pairs of shoes and socks here at the Point Ruston location. Highly recommend for great customer service and their large variety of brands and styles.

This is my favorite shoe store!! I get almost all of my shoes from Gentry's!! They have my favorite and very knowledgeable customer service gal Unique!! She is the BEST!! Totally knows the product and goes above and beyond for the customer!! Love her and this store!! ❤☺

Shopping for shoes has mostly become an online experience. With my size being so popular I rarely found what I needed. Online because my go to. But the fit wasn't always right many shoes had to be returned.
Then my cousin wanted to go into Genty's Footwear Tacoma, I discovered a wall full of the Brooks I was looking for. I was greeted and helped by Brenna. Although they were out of my size Brenna checked availability. Two weeks later she sent me a text. Happy owner of a perfectly fitting pair of Brooks. Brenna is AWESOME.

I love my new sandals! Jojo went above and beyond to find me the shoe I wanted, and also helped me with making it was the most comfortable fit. I liked the selection, and the store smelled really good for a shoe place and was really clean.

Great service--staff is very knowledgeable. Love the brands they carry, which includes Mephisto, Birkenstock, Hoka, bc and many more.

What can I say, the store is great. I have been eagerly awaiting for the store to open as it is in a newly constructed building at Point Ruston. The store is clean and sleek, very meticulously put together and inviting. They offer a wide selection of premium brands of shoes and accessories and specialize in comfort. They work with local area doctors for customers needing special support or help with back, hip, knee, or foot pain as well as high quality running, activewear, dress, and casual shoes. They have something for everyone, men and women, young and old alike.

The team there is beyond helpful. They are friendly and kind, as well as extremely knowledgeable about their products. Within moments of arriving at the store, I was greeted and custom fitted to a perfect pair of running shoes. I can’t say enough good things about the Altras that they fit me too. I was also fitted to a very nice pair of Naots that I absolutely love, and might be the most comfortable pair of dress shoes I’ve ever owned. Being that I am on my feet all day at work and am required to wear work boots, I have developed significant back and hip pain. After explaining this to the wonderful team at Gentry’s, I was fitted to a specialty pair of insoles for my boots. I have to tell you, it’s been a night and day difference. The insoles from Currex have been game changers. They have significantly reduced my back and hip pain to an imperceptible level. I can not tell you how happy I am with them.

All in all, shopping at Gentry’s at Point Ruston was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I could not be happier with the products I bought and with the amazing team there. Kendall, Kylea, and Daniel are friendly, helpful, and professional, and I highly recommend coming to see them. Thank you!
