They were extremely helpful and I I loved the different varieties and clothing styles they have! I own a couple of the shirts from here and they’re some of my favorite, comfiest pieces of clothes I own! I definitely recommend this place!

I have walked into this store a couple times and am so impressed by the selection and quality of everything. I am used to boutiques having a couple things I love. At R&L, I love something new every time I turn around!! So many classic pieces and great colors/prints that can be worn for years. I love that I am buying pieces that I can enjoy for more than the current “trend.” Highly, highly recommend and will be returning monthly as they get in new pieces regularly that fly off the racks!

The people that work at this store were very nice. Just some advice to those that shop a week or two ahead of time for gifts...I bought a shirt for my husband for his birthday here. It ran small and so I brought it back with tags still attached and reciept, to exchange for a larger size and they "couldnt help me" because it had been 26 days. I figured within 30 days, it would be ok. They have a 7 day return policy,
will do 14 days if tags are still on. If you are gift shopping for someone, dont buy in advance from here.

I use to stop in this store on a semi frequent basis (I live up the street) and have found some decently cute pieces. However, only wearing each item maybe twice-rips, tears and pilling.

I will spend money on quality fabrics-this place does not carry that. They source their clothing oversea and are crazy over priced for very low quality pieces. NONE of their items are worth the price tag.

Customer service has always been great though.

It makes me sad to write this review because this boutique is cute. I bought a $17 necklace from this store to wear for a baby shower and it broke in minutes of me wearing it. When I went into the store to hopefully get a new one; I had my receipt, broken necklace, and even time stamp of pictures with/without the necklace on. I asked for in store credit or a necklace replacement or my money back and they did not offer any of these things. I would not recommend buying any jewelry from here, it is made extremely cheap.

Went in with my sister and the dark haired sales associate was super pushy,and had a horrible personality.
Telling someone who has gained weight due to serious physical issues that they should "just work out" is not cool. Telling ANYONE that is not cool. Wasn't expecting them to carry plus sizes but they had nothing in XL,which I would need due to my chest size if nothing else. She's lucky I didn't tell my sister til after we left because she was furious and said ahe wouldn't have bought 400 bucks worth of clothes had she known.

Poor quality clothing, rude staff , and overall a bad experience. If I could give a zero I would, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here to any of my friends. To top it off the ambiance/atmosphere felt really off.

Poor Quality clothing like stuff I’ve seen from forever 21 with a luxury item price tag. Staff was okay seemed a little pushy in trying to make a sale. 🤷🏻‍♀
