Lagoon Trail At Pelican Road

A great trail walk! 3 miles long but flat walkable terrain the whole way. Family friendly, pups included! TONS of birds on the water, very cool to see them in a natural habitat. Midway on the trail the nearby Aviara Golf resort welcomes walkers and even hands out doggy biscuits and fresh water for 4-legged walkers=). Will def be back!!

Great trail for a walk. About 2 miles to walk the entire trail and back.

Wonderful path, about 3 miles. It's not totally secluded so expect to see the highway, houses, golf course, etc.

Awesome hike! Beautiful scenery. I loved all the benches through out the whole hike! They were I memory of someone or sponsored. Nice path, not too busy. Watch out! There is a golf course right next to it and we noticed in on spot lots of golf balls, so it seems the players may have been missing at this hole!

Great hike for people looking to walk and enjoy the scenery. It isn't strenuous or difficult and mostly flat, with benches to sit and rest and take in the sites. If you come before sunset the views are so beautiful.

I walk this trail with my mom about once a week. It's a beautiful trail and we say good morning to everyone we pass by. It's the perfect distance for a morning walk or jog, and it's pretty much flat the whole way. I'm grateful to have found it!

This is a picture perfect place to take the dogs or the kids for a great hike. Visit the nature center during the daylight hours to catch a little about the history and the environment surrounding it..

Really loved the walk around the lagoon. Such a beautiful place nestled between the hustle and bustle.

Wide, winding Dog friendly trail, no biking allowed, connects to Ember and Rye as well as Batiquitos foundation which is family friendly and a nice nature center.

Slightly steep and out of the way. Very cool view and a couple of benches once the trail levels out. Super cool walkway through the trees!
