I would like to thank Jose and his front of the store staff. Today I had an unforgettable unfortunate experience with the pharmacy and moving forward will no longer use them as my pharmacy. I had an horrific encounter with a crazed man who waited for me after I spoke with the pharmacist and followed me around the store. Jose and his front staff kept vigilant a put me at ease; And even offered to call the police. Jose was so kind he even walked me to my car and walked around the parking lot to make sure the man was not stalking me outside as-well. He made sure I got into my car safely. Thank you so much Jose; for proving excellent service and caring for your customers

I’ve been getting my prescriptions from this rite aid pharmacy for several months now having moved back to the area and I have to say, every time I call with questions and when I come in I am always accommodated by everyone. Faith, the pharmacy manager, is so understanding and patient with addressing my concerns and providing me with the information I need to feel confident about my medications and supplements as well as navigating insurance, which has given me so many problems. She has shown me compassion and offered sound advice. I’ve also witnessed outstanding communication between her and her staff to make sure everyone is on the same page and the place is running smoothly. They definitely do what they can here and I have faith in Faith to meet my pharmacy needs. Thank you so much Faith and the rest of the Rite aid staff. Appreciate you guys!

Excellent chain drugstore that carries everything from drugs, make up, personal health stuff, to food, liquor, and household and cleaning supplies.

Very helpful staff and excellent pharmacy. The pharmacy even sends text alerts when you have prescription refill. They also carry greeting cards and ice cream. Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot.

I am incredibly surprised that I am the first person to give praise to Leo in the pharmacy and had I known otherwise, I would have jumped on this review sooner. Leo is the rock in that place and when he has the ‘audacity’ to take a day off or go on vacation (wink wink) his absence is evident! Professional, personable and swift with an incredible memory, this guy is priceless. The pharmacy as a whole is well-oiled and no offense to the team, Leo makes my visit seamless every single time. I do hope management, corporate included, understands how much value Leo brings to their business.

I was using Vons Pharmacy on El Camino for years and their service has gone downhill. I switched to Rite Aid and what a big difference in service. I would recommend this Pharmacy. Great staff!

This store is great! It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely my go to store for all my shopping needs.

The pharmacy staff is awesome! Quick, courteous, and always helpful. I lost my insurance at one point and they helped me reduce the price by calling my Dr to switch my prescription to generic and found coupons for me. I see them delivering prescriptions to cars and even saw Ali, breanna and Lan shopping for customer. They truly care!

Customer service representatives were very welcoming and kind.
Thank you Leo for always going above and beyond for helping me.

This Rite Aid has had some really great prices on alcohol. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well. You can buy stamps here as well as some basic food and household products.

Rite Aid is a very nice store because the associates are helpful and professional and it carries products that I use often.

I usually use CVS but the employees at this rite aid on Avenida Encinas are amazing. So helpful and welcoming , it’s awesome!!
