So helpful and friendly. Hands down one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever been to in the country. I’m always in and out in less than time than I expect. Plus they’re super sweet to my destructive toddler - bonus!

Such a great store. I'm in here almost every day to pick up my business mail. Jeff, Tiffeni and team are super friendly and helpful with whatever I need. Grateful I found this spot!

This location is HANDS DOWN THE BEST one I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to a lot. I have a personal mailbox here and I’ve never been treated better. All the staff are great, and I must give a special shoutout to Jeff and Casey, they have treated me exceptionally well.

I have had all packages shipped to this UPS Store for nearly 5 years and I've always had a positive experience with the staff there, and I've rarely had to wait long, though it does get busy at times. The employees here have to deal with grumpy, frustrated customers all day, but every interaction I've had with them has been helpful, friendly, and positive.

Highly recommend to anyone. Great people, they went above and beyond to help me while trying to print a complicated combination of photos and letters for my girlfriend's birthday. Everyone was very patient and immediately responsive. Also, the printing was very affordable.

The quality of the work provided is irreproachable and very professional. My preferred, go-to place for shipping. They are great, the location is secure and no hidden fees. Close to everything in Carlsbad and easy to pick-up mail or have our mail forwarded. Hassle-free services and would highly recommend..

This store is the best UPS Store I have ever done business with. Jeff the owner is outstanding ,as is Connor, in their dedicated approach to customer service everyday . Jeff and his staffI are detail oriented, efficient and fast in processing every service you need at his store. I have a mailbox at this store and have been a happy customer of his for 3 years using all services they offer all year long keeping in touch with my family and business responsibilities back East. The store is immaculate and has many dedicated long standing customers that Jeff and his staff acknowledge by their first name upon entering the store. Old school customer service at this store and I will not go anywhere else. 🙂

I have been using this UPS Store for over 10 years for shipping, copying, notary and as a postal box customer. Jeff and his team are professional, friendly and work together well to ensure a great customer service experience. There is never a wait here, and I often come in with large and irregular shaped items to ship, and they take care of all of them with ease. An added bonus is they get to know their regular customers and greet you by name with a smile. Highly recommend this UPS store!

Seems crazy to write a review for a UPS store, but honestly, the staff here is SO amazing, I have to give them a five-star! They're quick, excellent at multi-tasking, always friendly and knowledgable. I feel very fortunate to have this UPS store so close to home, especially given how decent customer service seems to be dwindling elsewhere.

Had several boxes of old documents that I needed shredded and it was easy. They were able to shred it and I didn't have to remove staples or paper clips...

I have been using the UPS store for many years actually my whole family has there are no words to explain the level of professionalism and trust I have received from Jeff and his team. There are many places to ship however it will be very difficult to find personalized and respectful and trustworthy service as the UPS store Jeff is running. Jeff and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Jeff has gone the extra mile to help our local community. I am on the PTO board for the local elementary school. He is always willing to print any flyers we need for communications. With being completely nonprofit we rely heavily on any donations. What money we save goes back directly to the students. Jeff and his staff get two thumbs up!!! Thank you for all you do for us. We appreciate it!!!!
