I have been to Lakeshore Gardens Clubhouse many times. Either to listen to a concert or to play in a concert. Beautiful venue with beautiful people.

Love this community. Very quiet. Staff is great and amenities included in monthly rent are plentiful. Welcoming party was fun. Got to meet many of our neighbors.

We went to an open house. Considering moving here for retirement. Beautiful grounds, great location and the owners seem to be really friendly!

Lakeshore Gardens is one of my favorite 55+ communities. They are located a block and a half from some of the famous Carlsbad beaches, the community has 10 lakes with ducks, turtles, koi fish and many other water fowl. An incredibly peaceful and relaxing place.

Upscale mobile home park near the beach in Carlsbad. Very neat and well maintained landscape. The homes are kept up, too. Strict rules regarding dogs on leashes and dog-walking on the streets in the park. Not my style park but pleasant to visit.

Can't think of a better retirement community. Carlsbad is designed as a walkable community with unlimited recreational and volunteer opportunities. Walk to the beach, to great shopping, and to public transportation. The City, City Libraries, and the Carlsbad Senior Center provide many free entertainment events, including educational seminars, indoor and outdoor concerts. Fantastic place to retire!

My Mom lives here and she loves it! Ponds with fountains, pool and hot tub, and library community center! Way too much fun! And better yet, no kids allowed 😆

I moved here 8 months ago. The park us beautiful, with 10 ponds, well landscaped and maintained and friendly residents.
