Absolutely wonderful store and grooming salon! Quality products supporting small business. The Groom Room is staffed by professionals. All of the groomers are very kind. Natasha helped us today at the Grrom Room and she was wonderful.

The only salon I trust with my dog. The guy with the mustache is wonderful too in the store. Support small business! 👍🏾

We love this place! It's the only store I buy our dog food from. The staff is so knowledgeable. We were having issues with my dogs digestive track, if you know what I mean 😉, and they made suggestions that have changed it all for us. My puppy no longer has that issue and I'm still amazed how well she is doing!

This is my favorite pet supply store in San Diego County! They carry excellent quality food and supplies. They will also happily special order things you need if they don't have them in stock.

There are very few businesses that could even come close in matching the customer service that Carlsbad Pet and Feed provides. They take care of you, they listen to you, and they treat your pet as their own. Their products are of the highest level and they always make sure you are satisfied. I have to be honest, I've talked the owner's ear off (Karen) multiple times. She always makes time. I appreciate their amazing kindness and dedication to their customers. In this day and age, to find a business that remembers you each time you walk in the door is a rarity. Thank you for taking care of our dog and our community.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Helped me with products to deal with a flea infestation on my dogs and home. Asked me a bunch of questions before they advised me of products to purchase. Stopped in here yesterday while visiting Carlsbad CA for some doggie poop bags (forgot to bring any on the trip) and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent (very low) price! The person working there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go here again for any other dog needs when in the area.

This is not just one of the best stores but the BEST!!! Everytime I go there Karen and other employees are so nice to me. I was indecisive on what kind of food I wanted to get for my dog. Well she gave me lots of samples to give to my dog and well he loved them all. Treats are tasty and great!! Everything you are looking for is here. Prices are great!

Decent selection of canned and dry premium cat foods. Very nice and knowledgeable staff! They are always eager to help crazy people like us with our weird pet questions and needs.

I reminded myself to make this review specifically because my experience at Carlsbad Pet and Feed was so great! I am new to the area and need dog food quick. I was out and the pup was looking at me like, "mom where's the food?" I quickly searched "pet food store" while driving and I'm so glad I got lost looking for Petco! The owner (shoot I forgot her name) was extremely helpful in helping me replace my pup's food after finding out the formula changed. (Also would not have known that if it wasn't for them). Not only has new food been friendly to my pup's IBS with such a quick change, she loves the food! They even have these really cool individually packaged patties made with real meat/fish/ poultry you just thaw out. They definitely have great quality products. Even splurged on a high quality bumper. The owner recommended to buy goat cheese milk to help with the quick change in dog food which I forgot to pick up when I was there but I've never head of this helping and am glad I know for the future!

I love this little pet feed store! I started coming here about 6 months ago and now I try exclusively shop here because it's a great experience as a customer. There is a loyalty program for the brand of food I buy my dogs, and I can buy hay for my pet rabbit that is taken right from a bale and only $5 for a hefty bag- not the pre-bagged hay you get from other pet stores that is ridiculously marked up. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, I had very helpful service recently in trying to decide which CBD oil to get for my dog. I was given a straight-up answer about the quality and price breakdown that was very refreshing. Thank you for being a great local shop!

Just poped in out of the blue because i was patronizing another store and i was lucky enough to run into KJ ( i do hope i have your name right!!) She was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and i was very excited after talking to her and buying the products she recomended after looking for years for a resolution for my dogs. High end food for your pets from people who actually care. This place is the reason it's sad when Mom and Pop stores go out of business. If you care about the health of your animal, this is a great place to shop.
