We had an amazing dinner with exceptional service. Everyone was very friendly and our waitress was the best. When my friend was having trouble deciding on a wine, she gave her a taste of a few of their options with a genuine smile and pep. She clearly enjoys working there. The ambiance was so inviting, especially with the holiday decorations. All the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

I had a private event here and it was excellent! Every dish was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The gnocchi was a huge hit, and everyone really liked the salmon option (don't remember what the full listing was) and the veal marsala. The goat cheese salad was also very popular. They made a nice simple spaghetti for the child in attendance. There were good, solid options for our attendees who needed allergy accomodations.

Great food, perfectly prepared, just the right amount of meat, lovely vegetables, a bit of starch. It may be a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny!!! Can't go wrong here. Post (I hope) pandemic: With an outdoor parklet for cautious diners to an enlarged banquet area and lots of carefully distanced seating areas inside, the restaurant is being discovered again. Warming temperatures are encouraging larger numbers to show up. There are more large groups both inside and out, but the tables are spaced so as to allow other diners to feel safe. I'm attaching photos of a recent meal where I started eating before I thought of taking a picture (my apologies). It's braised short ribs (minus bones) and an artfully arrayed selection of vegetables, plus dessert -- apple-pear cobbler. Delicious!!!

I had a wonderful lunch here. The pesto gnocchi is superb, very delicious sauce , probably the best I ever had. There pastas are delicious. Staff is very friendly and it's a very relaxing ambience.

Before I came here, I thought fine dining was a rip-off. But after tasting the chocolate cake, I was in heaven. The chicken was perfect. And so was the fresh lemonade. Everything was very well worth it!

Awesome Italian Cuisines here and people were very friendly. I kept eating and only 1/10 of the dishes I took photos. Great place for gathering and will be back for sure!! 👍👍👍

Good food, good service. Do try their chocolate cake. Awesome. So chocolatey and taste good. I love the Panna cotta too, it's great. As for the entrees, we ordered the rabbit meat, and I would say it's kinda nice. The pastas and ricotta were very tasty too. Overall, a very nice place to dine in for all kinds of occasion.

Dangerously good. I came here via recommendation from my coworker while on a business trip. The food was so delicious and the contrails were great too. I’ll be back anytime I visit the area. I had the Tagliatelle alla Pro Bono

My fave place to go for pasta and drinks. Honestly I think this place does well because of how humble they are. They are never arrogant or annoyed if anyone disliked anything. I never had this experience but I see many people ask if something can be improved and they take it back with a smile. Drinks are always sooo perfect. Our fave is the Tropic of Cancer! I prefer more cheesy and hearty dishes so my fave dish is Susan’s downfall with rich Gorgonzola. The pesto gnocchi that’s only available at lunch time is also to die for.

This is my second time here and it was another excellent experience. The polenta and shrimp appetizers were both perfect; the polenta had nice crisp edges and the shrimp was tasty and perfectly cooked (not overcooked as many places do).
My toddler tried all of it and ate all the shrimp. The tagliatelle was a standout with tender chicken, smoky chicken. My mushroom risotto with duck was also excellent; I like the sweet balsamic vinegar they use. The service was attentive even though we were the only people sitting outside. I wish we'd come earlier; will definitely be back.

I've been here a few times and the service is always great. Last visit was Wednesday, Oct 4th. This was a private luncheon. I ordered the mushroom risotto with beed short ribs. EXCELLENT!!! Short ribs were tender...didn't need to use a knife. The risotto was full of flavor and a large portion given it was lunch. I highly recommend this dish!

I love Italian food, and Cafe Pro Bono is definitely the best place to get this experience. You will get the best service during your visit there. The owner of this place knows how to make his customers happy. They meet everyone as family member. Very friendly environment and the best Italian food!

Had the pleasure of attending a celebratory dinner at Cafe Pro Bono and had a wonderful time. Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. Will definitely be coming back, as well as recommending to friends and family.

Wow.... Everything is so perfect... Such a great hospitality and food.. as I am craving more for veg food these days I had to order everything in vegetarian. So I ended up getting burata cheese, tortiglioni and Susan's downfall.. all these were heaven on earth... Such a delicacy.. loved it.

The staff makes you feel welcome the moment you enter the restaurant. We had great table service and the food was delicious. The bread could be a bit softer but everything else was great especially the desserts.

This is a great Italian option, food is delicious, well presented, and they offer a decent selection of wines, and cocktails. Atmosphere is also good, quiet, and cosy.

Everyone there is so nice. Great atmosphere and the food is awsome. I had the lamb and my husband had the halibut. The lamb was so tender and juicy. The halibut was so flavorful.

Beautiful restaurant. The staff are the best I’ve experienced. Food is fantastic.

Tax club monthly gathering. Reserved private space for 12. Space service and cuisine excellent experience. Highly recommend.

A favorite restaurant for warm service and truly excellent l entertainment food and cocktails. Tables are far enough apart for privacy.
