Landmarks Nurse teams are always very helpful no matter what situations, I've used them for a few different problems and answers and results were always positive and made it easy for me to understand. Thanks to the Staff for being there for me and the Wife.

Great nurses. All around good experience. Doctor Theo is truly the very BEST Doctor that I've ever met. He spends an entire hour with my mother. Her own primary Doctor gave her the bum's rush. I wish my mother could have Doctor Theo as her primary Doctor.

I called the day before to preempt the visit, providing a background for my elderly mother's current health situation. The RN Care Manager listened to my concerns carefully, and planned to relay my concerns to the visiting NP. As I requested, NP Jasper spoke to me after her visit with my mother to discuss her assessments. She and I were in agreement with her findings. I felt she provided good insight into my mother's current health, and made sound recommendations. I appreciated her listening to my concerns and making recommendations for further testing, which she is going to communicate with my mother's PCP. This health team provided excellent service, and I wish more elderly patients could have access to this type of home health care.

Although I only worked with Landmark Health for a short time, I have nothing but positive things say about them and their staff. They reach out to me and followed up with every appointment and follow-up. From the Office staff to the nurses, they were professional, polite, caring and gave me the support I needed for my aging mother. Thank you for your support and care.

I was so worried about my mom who was in pain and unable to walk by herself. The Landmark nurse was so patient and thorough. She listened to my concerns and was so proactive to finding a solution to give my mom some pain relief and comfort. The nurse was very attentive and did not rush. I felt so relieved at the end of the visit and mom was resting comfortably. As I can't get mom out of the house by myself and I also care for an older brother, it's a blessing to be able to call and have a medical person come to the house quickly - anytime - on any given day. Kudos to Landmark Health.

The practitioner "Psyche" who managed my mom's last appointment was outstanding. She spent a good deal of time asking detailed questions and really listening while giving good guidance.

As a caregiver to my mom, having this kind of support makes a measurable difference in my wellbeing too!

I have wonderful caring Doctors and nurse practitioners. I can call anytime to discuss my concerns and get the problem solved. Wheather it's a visit or over the phone. The support I get is a 5 plus stars and I trust Landmark fully. It's a fabulous backup from my primary doctors.

Visits are very helpful and informative. Our nurse practitioner, Angela is very courteous and my mom (the patient) really enjoys her time with her.

The people from Landmark are very helpful. They have many different specialists. They are available 24 hours a day. A social worker came out and spent almost 2 hours helping to straighten out the mess that the doctor made at the hospital regarding my necessary prescriptions if it weren't for landmark I still wouldn't have my medicine. they were great

Without exception, every single interaction I have ever had with a Landmark Health professional has been positive. This most recent visit from Dr. Theo Slomoff [sp?] was certainly one such experience. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns, offering practical solutions. He is also friendly and easygoing. It was a pleasure to meet with him.

Wonderful, attentive, responsive, personable and professional only begin to describe the staff and service provided by Landmark staff. My only regret is I didn’t enroll my mom sooner.

The most helpful, more than any other healthcare entity for in home visits, eye exams, check ups, medication assistance/RX, etc. They are very responsive, professional, friendly and have helped me take care for my father!
