i purchased a Briggs & Stratton engine (33S877-0019-G1) on 3/24/2022. The price was the lowest I could find on the internet. On the 25th, the tracking system did not indicate that the engine was in transit, but to my surprise it was delivered on 3/26/22. I installed the engine without any major issues and it started on my first pull. Happy customer

Shipping time was faster than expected fair pricing

I placed my order on a Saturday by Monday I got a email my order had been shipped with a tracking number by Tuesday the item arrived. The item was exactly what I ordered

Hit and miss. …And i still, haven't found, what I'm looking for.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a radiator that came in damaged. Upon ordering, needed to call and ask a question and never got anyone to answer the phone and even left a message. Needed machine running so tried to repair and use anyway. Found out it was damaged worse than originally thought. Finally got an answer and they claimed they were going to overnight another one. Didn’t get a tracking number until the next day when they replacement was supposed to already be here only to find out it was shipped via standard ground shipping and won’t arrive until next week. Have tried calling for three days now multiple times a day and not one time has anyone answered. Machine is now going to be down an entire extra week when I could have already been running again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LAZY IDIOTS!!!!

I'm sorry, but buying a 9 dollar v-belt and being slapped with a 20 dollar shipping fee when I fill in my details during checkout is NOT my idea of online shopping and makes me mad for wasting my time and is the main reason why I HATE shopping online in Canada and the US.

And before this company tries to weasel out of its promise - it does have a Canadian address, so it's not like it has to incur extra fees for shipping across the border. In any case, the shipping fees statement is MISLEADING.

Why am I even wasting my time writing this review? In the faint hope something will eventually change.

I ordered 1 joystick control handle set. My credit card notified me of 2 joystick controls ordered. I called immediately and 3 hours before closing time. No return call until the next day oddly after order gas shipped. Do not order with this company...very scammy

Garbage company with no transparency and they put forth no effort to right their screwups. I ordered (order number: 119973) a single rocker switch for a lawn tractor and two weeks after my order was placed, IT STILL HADN’T SHIPPED. I asked them to have it shipped by yesterday (4/15/22) and I ordered it two Mondays ago… trash company. Do not ever order from them. Horrible experience that they made no effort to rectify.

I ordered a set mulching blades for my lawn tractor. The description clearly said X2 meaning two blades. After delays in the shipping I finally got my package with only one blade. I emailed the company and they denied their mistake. I wish I read all these reviews before making a purchase. Not a very reputable company.

I Still haven't received any communication on the remainder of my order. I guess I just have to hope that the Farm Parts store is reputable enough to fulfill their obligations. So even after an update from Farm Parts store stating they will work on their process it sounds like empty talk. They could at least handled my complaint as a one off and updated me on the status of my order which never happened.
I ordered 4 items from the Farm Parts Store plus shipping. I received an email the following day telling me my order (all items) shipped with an expected delivery date. Assuming all my items shipped I made I scheduled my time to install the parts I purchased. When the package arrived there was only one part in the box and on the invoice. I received no email form the Farm Parts Store informing me that my order was shipping in more that one package. I didn't find this out until I call customer service at which time the representive told me the remainder of the order was shipping today (still no email). I call this poor quality control. In this instance all the Farm Parts store had to do was update me on my order so I didn't schedule my time unnecessarily. There was no attempt to make this issue good, the rep used a canned response "that's the Farm Parts Store policy."

Ordered 130 knives for flail mower. Recieved only 20. No indication of backorder.No one answered phone for three days. Requested refund. No response. Ended up ordering from another vendor. Recieved 20 more 2 days later Farm Parts Store . Supposedly receiving the remainder in a week. Machine was down for 2 weeks.
Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend

Whats with this company? ive called and called with no response. Just found out that this company is a drop ship company they stock nothing. After being aggravated i found a way better company with great customer service and even better mower blades. If you want awesome blades with great service the company is Express Mower Parts.com out of Florida. They even make there own blades in the US. Since finding them i wont buy blades for any of my mowers anywhere else. I deal with a guy named Brian he knows parts!

Potential customers beware!! This is a scam company. I placed a order over a month ago for a belt and still haven’t received it. Even after I called them and said it was going to ship next day. They charge you more in shipping than the actual part cost! Pish!!

They lied. Talked on the phone said my order was shipped. Emailed them for tracking numbers.. No tracking numbers.... Then I got an email the next day saying they didn't have the pump I ordered. And it's take 10 more days to ship one out. I want a refund

I wish I could give this company -5 stars. Avoid them like the plague. Placed an order in January, no follow up, stuck in processing, never responds to my calls for follow-up. Requested a return since it is still stuck in processing, nothing. I will call my corporate office and file a chargeback if necessary.

Ordered a circuit breaker for my home standby generator, the circuit breaker didnt work, you cant even flip it on & off.

I requested a return, this company doesnt answer its phones & apparently only has one person named Jason that responds to emails.

He states i have to file a warranty claim for a part i bought from them thats defective.

Dont do any business with this company, they dont live up to anything they claim, dont answer their phone & dont even have a ordering system that they will respond to when you submit a return in your account.

The only way ive ever been able to get them to respond is using their contactus form.

This company is a joke!

Terrible company to deal with! Be very careful when purchasing from “fake” online retailers like this one.

AVOID!! Ordered item on their website, they cancelled due to "circumstances" after a week, revisited their page to review item again, price increased over $500.
I'll report elsewhere as well.

Called over and over no response. Won't even answer the phone. Calling my bank to dispute charges. No communication. Avoid them at all cost!
