I went in to Gorjana looking for a customized ring as a Valentine’s Day present to give to my girlfriend.

For the few weeks before going in, I had a vision of what I was looking for. And quite honestly, was afraid the real product wouldn’t be able to live up to the one I had cooked up in my head.

With Reena’s help, I was able to get a gorgeous, simple, yet sophisticated ring for my girlfriend.

The result: it looks so great on her! She loves it & hasn’t taken it off.

I appreciate Gorjana’s help in finding us a piece that now serves as a sweet symbol of the love, commitment, and unique beauty my girlfriend and I share in our relationship.

Found exactly what I was looking for but beware they don't accept cash.

I’ve always had great experiences at this store. But today I went to pick up a necklace for a birthday gift and they were closed. It was 5:30pm. The website said they closed at 7pm. The lights were on, but doors were locked with a padlock. There were several people also outside trying to go in. We all called no answer. I stopped by at 6:15pm again and still closed. Not a great thing to do during the holidays. No signs and no indication of why they were closed early.

Following 2 prior attempts at coming to the store with it being closed during their reported hours for medical closures. We came in to exchange and had a clerk who said she couldn’t help with some of the return logistics, wouldn’t give us her name when asked and allowed 4 unmasked people to be in the store without asking them to put on a mask.

The items are really no better then the mall kiosk jewelry stands but with a Stanford price tag. Definitely not worth it
