I love this store since shopping in the last century (I know I am making you think but the last century was only 24 years ago…lol) because of the amazing customer service! Thank you to the wonderful lady handing out the complimentary snacks and drink for the start of the anniversary sale! I originally came in to purchase a Marie Tash earring but was informed that her items are now online only which is such a shame . However, it was a pleasure walking around to the wonderful displays and speaking to all the sales associates …thank you

This is my first time visiting and it will certainly not be the last. I had a fantastic experience shopping for clothes and shoes for a job interview. Deanne from the women's clothing department and Diana from the women's shoes department were both so helpful. They are very knowledgeable and helped me picked out the perfect outfit and shoes on the first try. I highly recommend their services and expertise!

Situated in Stanford University Campus near Stanford Shopping Mall. Three floors Shopping Center for cosmetics, bags, ladies section, kids section and one restaurant on 3rd floor. Lots of collections are there but seems very expensive.

1.) Excellent service by everyone who helped me in the Collectors Dept.: Roxy, Alfred, Nicola. Alfred helped me get around a credit snafu caused by my locking my accounts against past fraudulent activity.

2.) In Lingerie Dept., a friend had told me to ask for Karen (Carren) but she said she was busy. I said I'd wait but she said she had too many customers in fitting rooms already. I was passed off to a girl who told me she was not regularly of that dept.

Whenever I visit this shopping mall, I always have a great time. They have a wide selection of makeup and a great restaurant.

Great staff. Great selection but ehat else do you expect. Nice extra security to keep the trash humans out.

Been going to this location for years, always clean and easy to shop at. Recent encounter was with Ashley and Jade (manager of lingerie and activewear). So helpful and professional!!

Great service walked around to see stuff only bought a hair tie was on sale 7.85 lol. Didn't even know on 3rd floor little Cafe looks nice 👌

Love their customer service, selection and great return policy

Good service, I had to return an item after having it for a wk, no problem. Th depts r well stocked w a good selection of clothing, shoes, jewelry....

Nordstrom is so used to have petty customers but still provide better customer service and return policy at least to me they do. I was and am a loyal customer for this particular one for decades and yet they did a incredible job protecting me when I was in the changing rooms. Their return policy hasn't changed much and I have been able to exchange when asked politely. There isn't anything I could change for days when they are the best store around, especially when it came to returns! I love this place!

How can you miss a stroll at Stanford shopping center? Especially on a weekday when it’s nice and not so busy! Bloomingdales has a wonderful selection of perfumes including some more European ones. :)

This Nordstrom has a wide range of products to choose from. The sales associates are super attentive as well. Now I don't miss the SF one anymore.

Great experience in shopping for ladies and gents garments, daily casual as well as formal wear. Almost all major brands available in dressing and travel aids. Shirts, Tshirts, pants, suits, times, belts, bermudas, shoes, leather bags, suitcases, almost all requirements are available.

Great customer service from Lourdes! My goal was to quickly find running shoes on a busy Sunday afternoon and luckily Lourdes was there to help me! She was quick and extremely helpful! Makes me want to shop in person instead of online.

I had a lady Daisy hell me and she was so helpful
I asked her for the manager but she said she was gone. She said her name was Emily so please let her know my daughter Miriam and I are thankful for her kindness and patient!
