A very helpful and personable staff that doesn't pry into your shopping. This place has an on-site Tailor that will hem and repair jeans, so this store provides a service as well as sells clothing.

Their options were fine and their dressing rooms had enough space to feel comfortable while trying on clothes

Overall, we just had a very positive experience here with both the staff and with the commodities. I'll probably head back here with my personal jeans to get them re-hemmed as well.

Unlike majority of other Levi's stores, this store has a Tailor shop for customization and alterations. For me, this would be the bigger reason to purchase here. So good reason to purchase here. Plus they also accept returns for other Levi brands like Dockers (but not exchanges). Friendly & knowledgeable staff, ready to guide on your next look.

Having not purchased 501 jeans in decades, I was blown away how salesperson, Maggie, after asking me a couple questions, handed me only ONE pair of jeans to try on (despite me having no idea what size I needed). They fit perfectly! She's a sizing genius!
