First off, let me say that the place is so clean and well-maintained. It's always a relief to walk into a store and not have to dodge clutter or worry about messy aisles.
Now, let's talk about the clothing selection - it's seriously impressive. They've got a great range of styles to choose from, and I found some pieces that I absolutely fell in love with. Whether you're into classic looks or something a bit more trendy, they've got you covered.
But what really sealed the deal for me was the chic atmosphere. The store has this stylish vibe that makes shopping there a real treat. It's not just about the clothes; it's about the whole experience. And the best part? Despite being so chic, it's still super comfortable. You can take your time browsing without feeling rushed or cramped.

I love bloomingdales...they have great merchandise and great sales....shop there all the time....had a few bad times trying to check out in the evening at stanford....but as of late.... had an adorable gal help me after I asked for a manager.....at closing.....her name is AVA..... she was fabulous , so helpful, and cheerful, breath of fresh air....

Because it's close and convenient, I prefer going to Stanford Bloomingdales'. They always have a wide selection of fashion collections that I love, and I can usually find what I'm looking for. Compared to other large department stores, their services are better. When I need Sisley-Paris skin care products, I always go to Jeanne, who provides excellent customer service. Additionally, I recently had a great experience with Star in the shoe department. Overall, my visits to Stanford Bloomingdales' are enjoyable and satisfying.

The Stanford shopping center location is my favorite store! I’ve never received more discounts using points or gift cards! Their loyalty program is the best I’ve seen in any store. They run promotions constantly allowing me to build my wardrobe in an affordable manner. I should know since I’m a world class shopper! I highly recommend their Loyalty program

Perfect and best department store is huge! But all the clothes, dresses and everything are expensive except the other clearance stuff. Kind a okay tho. My favorite part was the best Bloomingdale's store is Michael Kors handbags, dresses, the music when I listened to and the cosmetics.

Thank you so much Bloomingdale’s! I came here to pick up an online order of perfume as a gift and the process was super fast and easy. However, when I got to the parking lot, I dropped the bag on accident and my perfume broke. Totally my fault, but I was heartbroken I’d broken my $140+ gift. I ran back inside with the dripping bag and the lady at the perfume counter was sooo helpful and kind. She gave me a brand new replacement within a few minutes with an extra layer bubble wrap and a bunch of perfume samples. The whole situation was totally my fault but Bloomingdale’s staff made my day a million times better :) thank you so much again!!

Great selection, easy returns, good customer service

The store itself was great. I was able to walk in quickly and be helped instantly. The lady was quick and efficient with my return. She was also very knowledgeable. Parking was a bit of a challenge.

I've always experienced great customer service at Bloomingdale's esp at Stanford Mall. Recently, one of the sales associates made recommendations for dresses & was pleasant during my return transaction. Customer service was also friendly over the phone when i last called in to make changes to my online order-they responded quickly & were nice about it.

My go to place for shopping for clothes and accessories. It is in the Stanford shopping mall - next to the El Camino Real. Good selection. Can be great value when they have SALE. Also extensive women shoes and accessories. Good selection of men store on the 3rd floor also. No furniture store.
