There was a kind young Manager that greeted us. She asked what she could help me with. Had a associate in every department to help me get what I needed for a wedding. Shoe associate gentleman didn't seem to want to help whatsoever, wouldn't offer any choices, any ideas, anything won't buy shoes there. Other departments. JEWELRY, PURSE DEPT, MAKEUP DEPT..were kind helpfully and we spent more then expected however with that kind of manager, the associates who cared enough to listen and help , BRAVO. I cant Thank you enough.

Dennis at the women’s shoes is super helpful, patient and always has a smile on his face. We are living in times that is so hard to come across people like Dennis with great customer service, charming and professional. He’s a gem to Macy’s Palo Alto.

Macy's is the only store in this area open until 9:00 so I was grateful that I could do some shopping here. Lots of great prices in the clearance section. Restroom was very clean.

Good and spacious. Many options to choose and many sales.

We walked in and went to the jewelry department to have a new watch fitted. Cindy knew immediately we were the couple who had called earlier.Not only did she have it adjusted
on the spot but knew the item was on sale now! Cindy got me the new price and. refunded the rest. Talk about above and beyond service. I will be back for my next jewelry need.

I love being able to find most brands all year long. Shoes section has most brands I like.

Macy's is always a fantastic place for shopping. We are visiting here from Chicago and found this Macy's to be very clean, and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

A great place for family shopping. Cosmetics, ladies and gents clothes, shirts, tshirts, pants, suits, belts, frocks, bermudas, tops, etc are available. Of course, there were large choices of perfumes for my wife than for me.

I bought a new pair of shoes for 50 dollars. I thought they were kinda nice. The employee helping me was also super nice.

The clearing section in this store is a little bit hidden but it had a treasure trove of items. Definitely one of the better clearance sections I had seen in the Macy's

Macy's is trying so hard to survive the shift to eCommerce and the pandemic. I needed some tennis shoes and I thought they were having a 50% to 70% one day sale. Turns out that was on-line only. But I was there, and I could find shoes that fit.
The woman that helped me was wonderful. Because the shoes I chose weren't part of the online only sale, I bought them. My wife likes bling, so we stopped by the fine jewelry department. The woman there was wonderful too.
I'll be going back. Yes online retail can often be less expensive, but it doesn't out good on all those wonderful sales people's tables. I'll pay a bit more for that. You should too!

Enjoyed my visit during Christmas time.

I normally don't shop retail outlets because I know I can get a better price. I went in with a gift certificate and found a couple of items I liked. one pair of jeans I couldn't find in my size so I asked for help.
the cashier was young and inexperienced and had several people waiting on him while he called for backup. the woman that came seems like someone that doesn't typically work on the floor but went out of her way to help us all. I wish I remembered her name.
For me, she went to the area and searched again and then suggested that since the system says we have two on hand, they may be in the dressing rooms. She went ahead and checked both dressing rooms on opposite sides of the building while I assisted her to no avail. She went in the back and checked some more. after not being able to find them, she suggested she can order them and have them delivered to my home at no charge! I took her up on the offer, we rang up the other items and in less than a week later I had the perfect pair of jeans.
I'm very pleased overall and I know that kind of service is not found online or nearly anywhere else I would have chosen to shop for these. She went above and beyond for sure. this was in the men's department, specifically looking for Levis jeans.
She was a slightly older middle-aged women of average height with medium length blonde hair and wore glasses. Thank you! 😊

Very helpful customer service. The manager of the store was very courteous to us, and the person at the checkout counter (Bhupendra G Shah) helped me open a Macy's account with the utmost patience, explaining how all the various discounts are applicable. He was so friendly, he even gave us his shift schedule slip to come back to him if we have any problem.

The collection on that day itself was alright, but after all the discounts we received, I can not complain. This was probably the most value for money shopping I had done in recent time.
