Had great sales and the employee Dory helped us find everything we needed in the store. They gave us a big bag to put all our items in while shopping. Very enjoyable 😊

Yancy was very helpful! she helped me with a return, she went and try to find something that I was looking for and she answered some of my questions. She's a great cashier, others would've ignored me. 🥰

I love the layout of this store. Fitting room is cleaned. The store is has a lot of selection and looks full. Really great prices. Customer service was great.

I like this brand. But I don't find pajamas for boys 10 to 12 years old

The cashier was super sweet and nice. I clearance shop and the price was even lesser than the clearance price. I love a bargain. Will be going back before returning home.

Clothes are always affordable because their stock turns over quickly. 90% of the time, you just have to wait a couple weeks to buy what you like for 25-50% less. The other 10% of the time, you lose out because the item was popular and sold out. I always check the clearance rack because once in awhile I score something great for almost nothing.

The selection is really good. The employees were really nice and easy to work with. The check out is hard to find, though. It's at the back of the store and the wall behind them just is display space. Fortunately the employees were able to guide me.

NEW & IMPROVED!!... Never been to this location before and it's so nice with a great selection and some wonderful wonderful savings! Nearly everything in the store is on sale at. I came into the store to exchange an online purchase, and so I wanted to find something that would have the same original price as the two items I was returning. I knew that the pair of pants I was exchanging for a smaller size was available because I called ahead and have them set that aside for me. That was one down! After that I started to peruse the aisles looking for an item that would be the original price of the blouse I was returning, but because everything is on sale, I have trouble finding something suitable for a substitution. The woman at the end of the counter, whose name escapes me at the moment but she's been there 20 years, helped direct me to items that might be in that price point. As I was looking for something in the areas that she directed me over to, I unfortunately stumbled upon some great savings on a few things I did not come in the store for... Oops! Luckily however they were all on clearance/sale, and they fit perfectly! So, I went away spending about $27 more than my original purchase but got two blouses (one that was only $5.47 & hanging on some stock fixture where I was standing in line... It called out my name! LOL), and also got a pair of spruce green pants for the holidays! I finally stumbled upon a plaid flannel shirt that I wanted in place of the blouse I was returning and headed for the counter to check out.

So the woman who had helped me earlier told me to come to her check out when I got to the place in line where I'd be the next customer. She tried to return the 2 items that I had received from online shopping, and they didn't come up in the system. As she didn't know what was happening, she called over the general manager who said, "Just do an even exchange!" So, she did so and then rang up my other items and then upon everything else she just gave me a bag, at no charge.

the customer service at the store is remarkable. The people are friendly, the store is clean, a wonderful selection, and much more than I've seen in some of the other stores. The woman behind the counter display that the store is relatively new And this is why it is the way it is. Unfortunately I'm moving about 20 miles south of this location, but I do intend to come back and shop some more.

I COMPLETELY FORGOT OLD NAVY SAID THEY HAD THE SIZES FOR THE GIRLS!!!!

I'm a larger person and rarely shop in stores because the option is never there. I've live that truth so it's not even a bother anymore but when I tell you I sniffled in the Old Navy dressing room during their 50% off sale because I got well over $500 worth of clothing and it all fit, there were options that I could try on. I didn't look like a couch with skulls. I could wear a regular outfit that some in "straight" sizes could also wear. They don't even call it plus size. Honestly didn't know I needed that.

I like the kids collections here a lot. Good variety and fabric. Mens shirts and t shirts were also too good.

Well organized, easy to find what you need. Clean, not too crowded on Saturday, and three cashier's kept the line moving. I prefer cotton and they carry a lot of cotton clothing. Nice selection of children's clothing, too.

I've been shopping @ on for years, love the styles, and jeans etc, great prices, especially the sales. 4th & Market is still my favorite, it's huge, but Serramonte is my go to now.

All store associates were very polite and happy to help. Store was INCREDIBLY organized & sized. I had no problem finding what I was looking for.
