Alta Loma Park

I really enjoy this park especially for my boys. The soft floor helps for playing and in case your toddler or baby has a trip, it's soft landing

what a great hidden gem of a park. It's huge and has a great picnic area and a park on the other side. There's also a tennis court, basketball court, large green for Frisbee or football.

I take my kid here sometimes after Costco. Clean park and the structures aren't rusty. It's sometimes very windy here though. So, bundle your kid up. I haven't used the restrooms but I see parents using so assume they are clean.

Alta Loma is located in a sleepy residential neighborhood. Easy to park and limited risk of losing track of your kiddos. The playground area is small, but includes a great climbing rope, saucer swing and teeter totter eliciting several hours of fun. The grassy area and path for bikes or runners is an added bonus. My only complaint is that they lock the bathrooms way to early. We have been here around 6pm and already found them locked.

Very cute park with a huge jungle gym. Has picnic tables and bbq pits all around. It also has 2 baseball fields, 2 tennis courts and a field big enough for soccer.

Bbq pits, plenty of open space and private areas too. Clean with bathroom on site. 2 parking lots and walking path. Had a graduation picnic and never felt crowded.

Great community park with a great walking trail around a baseball field and a large grassy open area for other sports. There is a basketball court and tennis courts, as well as a playground with safe equipment for children of all ages.

This is a really great park, the field is great, the tennis courts are great, and the playground is great. The field is very nice and clean, the walking paths are nice and clean too. The park is particularly good, there are the basic things, swings, slides, etc. but there are some very fun and unique things. There are things like a rope triangle and a spinny thing you stand, a spinny thing you sit on, a spinny thing you lay on, a rope triangle, a rope tunnel, it's all pretty good.

There are many trash cans keeping the park clean, there are many tables that are good to eat on, and the trash cans have removable lids which allows you to throw away pizza boxes and such. It's all just a perfect combination for a great park.

The parking is also good and abundant as far as I know.

Nice park to have a picnic, play, and exercise. There is a playground, several picnic tables, BBQ grills, basketball court, tennis court, bathrooms, grass area, baseball fields, and a paved trail wrapping around the whole park.

Clean well kept park. Both adults and kids were all wearing masks. Very nice environment.

This park is very clean!! There's a baseball field, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground and 2 different bathrooms. There's a walkway that runs the park's perimeter and there's a barbecue area. We barbecued today and the kids had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend this park!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It's got ample parking with the lot and street. They have a few BBQ pits and tables.

It's great for walking dogs as they have a nice path around the entire park. Doggie bags are also provided, so no excuse for not cleaning up! There's clean bathrooms, as well.

Beautiful park with South San Francisco mountain view. Dedicated kids play area, basketball court, tennis court and baseball ground. The track for walking is always well maintained.

Beautiful place. So happy my BF took me there. He played there as a child (60 years ago and went to the adjacent same named school). It has been upgraded and changed significantly, by what I understand. A very nice place to watch the sun go down, but bring an automobile because UBER CAN'T seem to find the place.

Nice playground with squishy ground cover. Good equipment for littler kids but the big slide is hard to get to with the ropes course. Most kids end up going backwards up the slide.

I enjoy bringing the kids here to play and hang out. They have a huge grass area for playing games, doing some picknick or bringing your dog for a walk.
For the kids and the adults, they have a playground area, baseball field, basketball and tennis courts.

Very cool spot for a party, get together, or whatever your fancy. Just be aware that it does get windy here and that if you want to reserve a spot, do it with the San Mateo Park & Rec Department.

Fun clean park not too busy

This is a nice, newly updated park with a brand-new, somewhat fenced playground, a bathroom, tennis courts, and a large grassy field. There is a parking lot. The only downside is on a windy day this park is super-windy.

Great park for running and exercising (for humans and dogs) as well as a couple tennis and basketball courts. Clean play area for kids.
