I was happy to walk through and read my book on the sidewalk.

Came to use the coinstar at this location because they were not working anywhere else.

Fully stocked and staffed market. Great selection of alcoholic drinks. Deli has delicious selection of food, both warm and cold.

Sometimes steak of sale is so cheap that you feel like it

I haven’t been to Safeway ever since I moved out of SF Bay Area , but it’s definitely great service with a huge variety of grocery merchandise. Cashier are very friendly and welcoming..

I like this little Safeway. I went there to buy flowers to take to the cemetery. Renee in the florist department was friendly and very helpful which she helped pick out the flowers that would work well outdoors especially with the weather in Colma Ca. She even offered to put it together and make it nice for my uncle and added a touch of Christmas feel. I really appreciated her help. You can't find great customer service these days and Renee made my day because I had limited mobility and couldn't stand long but I really wanted nice flowers for my uncle's grave so she said to have a seat and she'll take care of it. Happy Holidays Renee and know you are very much appreciated.

This was a little smaller compared to the nearest safeway but way bigger than other grocery stores nearby like smart & final and lucky. I went to this one as it is opened till midnight. Also don’t forget to use safeway digital coupons if you are frugal and have a bit more time.

This Safeway I smaller than the other one located in South San Francisco but for some reason this store has more products in stock. Lines are a little long . They have some really good deals without having a Safeway card I always forget to select deals to out on my Safeway card but on Fridays they have 5.00 deals.

I enjoyed the deli department and the man who waited on myself and my grandson. He was awesome and he had a beautiful personality and his customer service skills were excellent. This safeways' overall is small and some what outdated but that's okay. The people are friendly and every one pretty much goes about their day. I recommend this quiet,quaint Safeway if you don't want to deal with the drama that they have at the Safeway on Mission St. by Onandaga St. in San Francisco.

I don't live anywhere near this Safeway but I travel all they way there because this location! Great staff, always helpful and it's not as crowded as other Safeways!!! It's a lil smaller but has everything you need.

Shopping early Wednesday morning at 7am is stress free. Not many people in store and fully stocked. Checkout was easy and cashier was courteous.

Being Safeway fun, visited this location first time and hope not last. I liked the place.

lil bit slow (especially requesting help) & not the best selection of safeways, but fine -- however all is forgiven for the gentleman bagging my groceries who noticed my passport & newly-signed vaccine cards had fallen out of my wallet and chased me outside to return them. thank you very much, sir!

We are vacationing from the Midwest and needed to get groceries. We liked up a few items from a premium, organic store earlier in the day and I got heartburn looking at their prices. Foe example, 7th Generation Chlorine free diapers were $16.98! We decided to purchase other items elsewhere. I am glad we found Safeway. Their prices are pretty much comparable with the grocery stores back home! The store was clean and the employees were very friendly. By the way, I found the same 7th generation diapers at Safeway on sale for $9.99! We will be returning should we need anything else.

Try the deli, good for quick snack or meal. Hours of operation very good. Great location. Go there when it's not so busy.

This is one of the smaller Safeway branches but they have hard working dedicated employees who have worked there for years. Some products they don't have while other stores do.

Store was very clean well stocked, and there was no long lines so appreciated that. Every check stand was open

I just can't find diet coke bottled 6 packs anywhere.

I had a big order of chicken and the nice young lady made it fresh for us it was done in a matter of time while I was able to get my other shopping done it was nice for me being a visitor from out of town to see the quality of people still offering great customer service

One of the older safeway. I expect them to close this one eventually so prepare to go to milbrae for your safeway needs. I disagree that selection is bad here but the store is out dated. Most of the time you see enough and service is incredibly friendly here. People are well trained and know what they are doing.
