7-Eleven

The Store has a lot of traffic coming through the store constantly stock is always rotating and stays stocked fairly clean. The staff aren’t the friendliest Customer service type but they do there job and keep the store stocked along with keeping the Customers moving.

Always good coffee and quick bite

Busy store, quick service, friendly staff and constant organizing. Shelves stocked nicely and inventory tops it all! This store has just about all you need from a quick mart. Other than the challenges of nearby schools, this store has stepped up and hope it continues to hold up its reputation. 👍

Fast and friendly 7-11

I've been to many 7 Eleven locations on the Peninsula and this one is pretty nice because parking doesn't consist of three spots. There is an actual parking lot and street parking. The attendant/cashier seems like a nice person and most of the aisles are stocked. There is a telephone booth outside near the entrance, which I've never used before for health reasons, but it's there if you need it.

I subtracted one star because it's across the street from South SF High School and nearby elementary schools. When school ends at 3 (or whenever they're dismissed nowadays), this 7 Eleven can get a bit hectic.

I like this 711 when all the kids are in school! Once they come out its a little hectic for my taste.

Convenient is the word..

Some of the employees are rude and always on the phone. The grave yard guy is hella kool.

NOT OPEN 24 HRS. The Owner wants it BOTH WAYS. They want to be listed on Google as open 24 hours and they also want to be able to close any night or every night for five or six hours for “Cleaning“ when there’s no one inside cleaning.

it is a real hassle to drive several miles to a “convenience“ store that is supposed to be open 24 hours a day according to Google and to find that it is closed it’s a waste of time and gas —please be accurate in listing your hours OR decide to be open 24 hours a day— like a normal “convenience store” should be, especially in a major metropolitan area, near an international airport— 🤔 Kno wut i mean brah? thanks In advance. I shan’t return.

The manager here is very rude to me. Prejudice towards women. He is polite to men. I used to only come here for hot beverages and snacks because I work close by and outdoors...but I don't need this negativity and now I will bring my own coffee or tea from home. I usually support local businesses during this covid-19 Hysteria but this business doesn't need my business.

The cashier who claims being the owner racially profiled my two friends and I for browsing the store. Prompted to shout across the store, "I don't like your bad activities", "you don't come back here". Demeanor was different towards the white lady returning an open ice cream. 7-11 needs training on how to properly serve the community they serve, in this case being the people of color who give them business.

There was an extremely rude cashier (was a girl, didn't get her name) being downright disrespectful and needlessly condescending towards me. She knew what I wanted but still made it a point to "correct" and insult me.
