Stopped in to buy a helmet for my son and Michael from the bikes department was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He recommended the perfect infant bike seat and gave tips on how to install it and ride with it. Great customer service!

Keon in the shoe section was amazing, friendly, and very accomodating. I bought a shoe lock laces and a shoe cleaner and even helped me out to put my new lock laces on my shoes. He went above and beyond. I will come back and look for him to assist me.

Christian was amazing in the Men’s Shoe section! He helped me figure out the type of running shoe and size, plus gave me recommendations on the best brand for my feet / walk style. I basically got a free podiatrist consultation plus some great Asics shoes. He went above and beyond, thank you Christian!!! I’ll be back for any other shoe needs.

Awesome place! Especially for outdoor and sport items! I found the best heavy duty and flexible boots only there. I'm going to go back there more often.

Great place for your sporting goods and outdoor equipment. I got my daughter's bike there and Mike in the bike dept was very friendly and helpful. He really knew his stuff and helped us get everything we needed and made sure the bike and helmet were adjusted just right before helping us to the checkout. 5 stars for Mike & the store!

Great staff and service! Went in looking for a pair of running shoes (didn't know what kind of shoes I wanted or needed) but this young man, with a bit of a British accent LOL, I believe his name was Kevin was very knowledgeable about feet and took a whole 30 minutes helping me decided which pair were right for me! He even told me about his childhood in London, very friendly. Will definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically!

My daughter needed soccer cleats, socks,ball and shin guards. Found most of it on my own and got help finding the shin guards they were very helpful.

Speaking for the shoe department: Noel and John D. offered excellent service! Bombarded them with various questions inquiring about orthopedic shoes for extended period standing upright for my occupation, and not only did they locate what I was looking for, they also offered comparable footwear styles that suited different situations. Ended up walking out with two different pairs of shoes based on my needs. Will definitely return to this location to seek their advice next time if I need anything else!

I bought a pair of sneakers here a couple days ago. The Brooks ghost 12. Noelle from the sneaker department, went above and beyond to help me find the specific fit and brought out several different pairs. He has extensive knowledge on his products and was very personable and helpful. Thank you Noelle for helping me find the right sneaker with the right fit. I'll be back soon to buy a pair of soccer cleats.

This place is HUGE! Two-levels of shopping. Tons of sport-specefic focus areas, a great selection of high quality products and nice staff. The only thing I find a little confusing is how they categorize what products go in what sections. Like if I need a beanie...why wouldn't they be near the snowboarding section? Not sure, either way staff is nice and helpful to show you the way to the product you need. This is my go-to store for sporty-stuff, especially around the holidays.
