Yeah, Redwings are expensive but they're good long lasting boots. As long as you have them and being able to take them back for conditioning service and new shoe laces is a great customer service.

Awesome Service by Mark. I came in and purchased a pair of Redwing Blacksmith boots. Love the boots and Mark helped me make those final adjustment to find the right pair. He was the only one at the shop and was juggling multiple customers. Just want to say Thank You Mark and I will be back get a 2nd pair in a different Color.
